Separate Fence of God

Separate Fence of God
part ten

When he opened the door to the room in the care of the Father, Brian was talking to the Father, they looked happy.

"Am I interrupting?" I tried to melt the quiet atmosphere.

"Of course, no. Miss." Brian greeted me with a laugh.

Immediately I greet Mother and Father, this time the Father who first extended his hand, at first I doubt.

"Go with, Brian. From earlier this child only disturbed the Father," ordered the Father.

Brian chuckled, "The son-in-law just wants to get along with his in-laws," Brian looked at me for a moment, "and hopefully get well soon Father-in-law," he continued.

I can only shake with Brian's wit, it's not funny at all to hear.

Brian took me around the hospital. "Where are we going, Brian?"

"We're going on a date, at this hospital." He laughed until his throat was visible.

"Uh, don't think about it, I was just kidding." Brian warned.

I felt the awkwardness of Brian's attitude, he didn't dare to look at me, like he was with you.

"Come, we need to talk."

I just followed him, when I reached the hospital hallway, Brian's legs looked limp, his hands trembled, and his back slumped to the cold floor.

"I'm tired."

"Brian, please realize I'm begging you. Don't leave me, I beg you, Brian."

No answer, just silence. Brian was unconscious again. Please God give her a chance to live and live her world beautifully.

I can't wait for the doctor to come out of Brian's nursery, Ms. Airin and her husband have arrived. His eyes did not stop pulling out his bright hair.

"Syifa, may we talk," said Bu Airin surprised me.

"Of course, Mom."

"We're talking there." He pointed at the empty patient waiting chair. I followed in his footsteps, and thought about what Bu Airin would say.

"Syifa, can you promise," he asked with a message.

"Promise what, ma'am?"

"Please promise to take care, Brian. You know, kid. Ever since your presence, the old Brian has returned, he smiled, he also wants to take medicine. Ever since meeting you, he seemed excited again. Syifa, can you promise to look after Brian? I beg you, Syifa."

I don't like to promise, because I know I can't keep my old promises.

"I can't promise, Mom, but I will do my best to look after Brian and will accompany him on his treatment until he recovers." Ms. Airin smiled and hugged me, she cried in my arms.

A mother who is not afraid of losing her son, all parents will do anything for the sake of her children. Maybe that's how Mom feels, she always does whatever I want, even though she will get anger from you.

"Brian was a strong hang boy, he turned cold towards us when we decided to split up. Then he left her with his grandparents. Brian lacked our affection, leading him to stay away from us. Everything feels different when I meet you" she said.

I tried to calm him down, I knew all those fears were deeply rooted in his heart. All that fear won't go away before Brian recovers.

I will not deny everything, the condition of the Father, the smile that is painted on his lips began during an encounter with Brian. At least he was an important influence in the life of Father and I. I should also be able to repay him for the sake of the people who love Brian. This doesn't mean I forgot Adi, no. Adi's name will always remain in my heart.

"Brian's situation is stable, don't think about it anymore." Mr. Andrian-his father Brian- told us.

The relief was so felt, when I heard his words. Brian, get well soon. That was my prayer this time.
