"Safa's...."
"Safa's...."
Safa blinked opening her eyes. He squinted trying to receive the light that flocked from his petals. Safa whimpered softly as the throbbing felt in her head. His hands raised intend to massage the forehead that feels dizzy.
"Safa.." call someone again.
Safa's eyes opened perfectly, and the first look she saw was Madam Halim who was looking at her with a worried look.
The woman smiled when she saw him awake. His face looks pale and puffy.
Not a dream, inner Safa.
"Mother.." said Safa.
"Yes, this is Mommy."
Madam Halim's eyes were slightly watery. Even so he still maintained a smile on his lips despite looking poignant. His hands raised rubbed Safa's head. How he tried to stay strong in front of his daughter.
"How are you feeling? Still dizzy?"
Safa nodded weakly. Madam Halim took the glass over the nightstand, then helped Safa to lift her back slightly. Then point the glass at Safa's mouth to drink immediately. Safa took a sip until half was left. If under normal circumstances, Safa will spend more than one glass upon waking up. Mrs Halim knows that, but she cannot force it.
Safa lies down again with her mother. Mrs Halim lifted the blanket to the chest.
"Sickness.." whine Safa held her head. Kontan Madam Halim directs her hand to massage Safa's forehead. Patently tidying up her messy hair.
Safa's eyes were tightly closed, her forehead wrinkled in the pain that made her uncomfortable. Madam Halim looked at her daughter. The eyes that were always staring at that bitch were now dimming. His massage turned into a swab, it made Safa issued a protest cry omens not received.
"Wake up for a second. Look who's coming."
Although heavy, Safa opened her eyes to look at her mother. His gaze shifted to follow the direction of the Mother's view that leads forward.
For a moment Safa was silent to see someone standing beside the bed, her eyes and smile softly glared at him. Safa blinked softly, "Om Baskoro?" whispers ensure. Maybe his eyes were disturbed last night.
Overnight....
Safa was stunned as a cluster of memories approached her head. Safa did not cry, but her eyes dimmed uninspired. Then Baskoro approached, hugging him from the side replacing the Mother who shifted her position.
Spontaneous hands of Safa wrapped around the waist wrapped in an expensive suit. Makes Baskoro reflex to smile. The man rubbed his head gently, channeling the affection that made Safa feel calm.
Safa had no idea what she was feeling at the moment. Sad, angry, disappointed, everything blends to make Safa confused which one is the most dominant. Yang Safa knew her heart was restless and afraid.
"Sorry that Om has just come now."
"Om here. Om is next to you. Don't worry, Little Girl."
"Abang.." Safa voiced her thoughts.
One word, but enough to explain what's in the head.
Baskoro sighed with eyes not separated from Safa. The girl's body was hot. Raut Baskoro dimmed to see Safa who was weak without power. His fun disappeared overnight. When he heard the news, Baskoro flew straight from his service trip to here.
Clearly Mr and Mrs Halim were surprised to receive her arrival. They haven't seen each other in a long time. Previously there was an intention to visit but not yet. But now he was willing to cancel the entire schedule and meet them. A friend he hadn't seen in years.
"How are you?" he asked when he first stepped foot in this house. The house he used to visit.
Mr. Halim silently refused to answer. It made Baskoro nod his lips nervously. His arrival was too sudden, they must have taken some time to digest.
"Does there have to be something like this first to make you appear?"
"Bang—"
"Safa asked you a few times."
"Moon-months he's moody after your departure. Every day he asks the same question. Where's Om Pororo?"
No doubt the last word made him chuckle softly. His head shook in light of Safa's ludicrous call to him as a child. And he misses that.
Baskoro looked up with a faint gaze, "Where is he?"
And here it is now. Leaning on the headboard while hugging his little girl whom he longed for.
His daydreams crumbled as Safa groaned again, Baskoro directed his hand to massage Safa's forehead painstakingly.
"Shuut.... Go sleep. Don't think about your brother. I promise I'll do my best for Dava. He means the same to you. Om and your father will find a good lawyer to accompany him. Don't you worry."
"You're quiet enough and take care of your health. It's sad to see you like this. And certainly Dava is also sad to hear his sister is sick."
................
Day is up. Safa was still faithfully lying on the bed. Safa had not even bathed because she could not stand the headache if she got up for a second.
Thank goodness the mother understood. The woman rinsed him using a cloth and helped Safa change clothes. Safa lay on her side staring at the window. His mind raged thinking about Dava. Safa had heard that her brother would be detained for approximately twenty days for investigation. Only then will there be a trial that determines whether or not guilty.
Safa didn't eavesdrop much, but at least she knew where her brother was being held.
Elsewhere, Edzar was pensive in his chair. His mind is split and unfocused. His soul and body seemed to be separated in two different places. Edzar was curious about Safa's current state. Although he had heard it from Bik Inem who had asked for a phone number, Edzar still felt dissatisfied if he had not seen it directly.
Last night the girl suddenly fainted, just as the car carrying Dava left the house. They can look at. And for some reason there was a bit of guilt going through his heart. Maybe, because it was indirectly Edzar who caused Dava to be caught?
Edzar had realized this a long time ago. Dava had little connection with Santoso Ilyas. But he chose silence even though they were no longer strangers. Besan's relationship is soon to be established. And Edzar hopes this doesn't have a bad impact on their relationship.
Although Edzar was happy because Santoso Ilyas had been caught, but his heart was not relieved at all. This will have a big impact on the Safa family. Companies, social environments and so on. What Edzar was most worried about was Safa who was naive and innocent. Will he be able to face the blasphemy of people? Moreover, Safa is selebgram, many followers. The news of his brother who was arrested by the KPK clearly led to various public opinions.
Not to mention now their relationship is increasingly distant. Edzar is getting harder to get close to. Especially at a time like this. Obviously Safa is difficult to diacrabi. More precisely Edzar who is not good at approaching people, especially in terms of personal romance.
Edzar knew he sucked, and it was frustrating.
Drrt.... Drrt....
"Hello," said Edzar.
"Sir, why don't you tell me his wife Bernadin you put in the Ambassador's house?"
Edzar sighed rubbing his tired-looking face, "Is that important now?"
Doni cheers up, "Important. Because I wonder how broad your relationship is to be able to touch high officials in people's countries?"
"Ck, the Ambassador is still an Indonesian Citizen."
"Stay away. Not everyone can meet if there's no interest."
"Do you think protecting people's lives isn't important?"
"It's not like that. It's just that I didn't expect you to be on good terms with the Ambassador in Germany."
"That's my business. You just need to receive word from there and tell me or Bernadin. Thats enough. Like that."
Tut's.
Edzar immediately hung up the phone, without knowing across there Doni was grumbling annoyed.
In addition to cold and ketus, Edzar also often disrespectful to subordinates, especially himself.
"Heah... Look at this guy, he's smart but he's got little etiquette. Ck ck ck, even so everyone likes him." Doni mumbled while keeping his phone on the table.
