"You don't want to see him?"
Edzar quietly did not answer, the man took off the drink in his can, then threw it into the trash can near the door without missing.
His sharp eyes glared forward, at the starless night sky from behind the large glass of an apartment.
His hands turned to reach for cigarettes in his pants pocket. Take one, slip it into the mouth, then peck it to light and smoke as Edzar sucks and exhales it.
Someone clucked in the back. "I told you not to smoke here. You really are," he said as he wagged the smell of tobacco that began to smell.
He hates cigarette smoke. Two of his friends are acute smokers. Diko and Edzar, both of them don't care even though he's short of breath. Sucks.
"He told me to follow him every day. Until I was almost caught a few times."
Heru snorted, "If the girl knew you guys were stalking her, what would she do?"
Diko glared, "Hey, I followed him by orders, different story with him." His eyes pointed at Edzar who was standing indifferently in front there. While he and Heru were sitting on a long sofa not far from the window.
Edzar faithfully looked out. His hands were clasped in front of his chest, ignoring the tweets of Heru and Diko behind him.
"Didn't you intend to approach her?" ask Heru slobberly.
Sontak Diko glared with eyes occasionally glancing at Edzar. He quietly sighed in relief seeing the man dissolve in calmness. She immediately grieved at Heru who put on a plain pretentious face. God fucking.
Can't he keep his mouth? Lately Edzar is very sensitive, he does not want to get rubbed if the man is angry.
Seeing him when he beat Galuh yesterday made Diko shudder in horror as well as amazement. He got the feeling of watching an action movie when Edzar jumped one floor to chase after Galuh who fled through the elevator.
And most horribly the man bent Galuh by breaking one leg. When the police asked him why he was doing it, he casually replied, "No gun." Already, that's it.
Somehow Edzar was able to curl up from the punishment. Don't ask that question to the law-blind Diko or Heru, because Edzar himself didn't tell it. He was very curious. But, yes, Edzar used to keep everything himself. No one has the right to ask more.
Edzar turned around after finishing his cigarette. The man pressed the butts on a dish on the console table next to him. Then he stepped up to pick up his jacket hanging on the stand hanger near the entrance.
"Where are you going?" asked Heru when he saw the man put on his shoes.
"Go home" Edzar answered briefly.
"Relatedly? I think it's raining?"
Sure enough, right after Heru said like that, lightning accompanied by thunder boomed broke the horizon.
But Edzar did not care and continued his intentions. The man opened the door and just walked out.
"Currently, look at that arrogance. Who would have thought he was a lawman? No manners at all." Heru mumbled while throwing beans into his mouth.
His attention turned to Diko who had not since when to improve with his jacket. "You're going home too?"
Diko nodded, "Yes. I don't want to be gay because I'm alone with you."
"What's? Who would think that?"
Diko shrugged, "Your neighbor, maybe. I'm afraid he won't like you if I stay here."
"What's? Do you know where that is from?"
"Hm? What things? The fact that you're approaching your sex neighbor?"
"All the residents on this floor also know if they see the expression 'want you' when they see it."
"Basic shit. Just go home there. You're the same as Edzar."
"I am indeed his subordinate if you forget," said Diko winked.
"So, so proud lackeys."
"And it was said by the man who handled the Cafe."
"Haha....."
Heru could not deny because he was waging Cafe Edzar. Shit, you shit sucks.
And the unlucky words of Diko made Heru swallow.
Warming beds?
That's what he wants!
.....................
Safa turned to her mother who was asleep on the other bed of the room. The hour hand had pointed at the number ten night, but Safa could not close her eyes.
His eyesight was getting fresher as the seconds passed. It's frustrating. Safa wanted to sleep, but her body could not stand still. He changed positions several times because he was uncomfortable. Finally he sat down with a feeling of annoyance.
Is it possible because of the slow lying that makes his body ache?
Safa sighed. Really, it felt like he needed to take a short walk to stretch the muscles.
Yeah, it doesn't seem like a bad idea. After all, the mother had gone to sleep, Safa would be bored because she woke up alone.
Slowly Safa lowered her feet from the bed. The first thing he prepared was an infusion pole. Safa tries to shift it slowly to minimize the sound. Safa was afraid that her mother would be disturbed and wake up, but Safa failed to get out of here.
Safa managed to get through the door without any obstacles. With light steps Safa walked along the hallway, passing through rows of rooms with the same facilities.
Correct guess. It looks like Safa is indeed lacking movement so her body aches. Safa was grateful that her leg was not sprained during the incident, only her right hand was swollen due to a wrong vein.
The rest there are bruises in some parts of the body due to being hit during a fall and Galuh punch. At least Safa can still walk safely without any assistive devices.
Soluble in thought made Safa unaware there was someone in front of her. Tofu-know his shoulders were touched gently, making Safa stop and look up at the figure who turned out to be Edzar.
The man smiled. Safa was stunned not knowing what to say. Should she thank him for helping her?
"O-Om, why are you here?" safa asked a little.
"Of course I want to see you."
Safa blinked, "For what?"
"Not for nothing. I just want to see you."
Suddenly Safa screeched, unconsciously she muttered. "Yesterday is not a nondescript, no."
But the words were heard by Edzar. The man smiled anxiously looking at the figure in front of him. Edzar was very much missed. It turns out that one day does not meet the effect can be this great.
"So you miss me?" ask Edzar with a face.
Safa jumped, shocked and embarrassed because it turns out Edzar heard his soft words.
Hah, it's been.
Safa moved to pass Edzar.
"Where are you going?"
"Don't know."
"Do you not know?" Edzar followed Safa's steps, his hand took over the infusion pole and pushed her in the direction of the girl.
"It's already night. Better get back to the room."
"Can't sleep" said Safa still with his tone taut.
Edzar spoke no more and chose to follow where Safa had gone. Safa who had no purpose finally stopped at one of the benches in the side corridor that overlooks directly to the hospital garden.
Safa sat there, and Edzar struck her butt beside Safa. They are silent to each other. The atmosphere is so quiet because the night is getting late.
The yellowish lamp pendulum highlighted the two who were both silent. Safa glanced at Edzar who was quietly beside her. Seen from anywhere, under any circumstances Edzar remained charming in the eyes of Safa.
How should Safa avoid men of this high charisma?
"Yesterday...." Safa started the conversation. "Where did Om know I was there?"
