SAD MEMORIES
PART 5 SADNESS
Arriving Riana at home with dirty clothes and tears that are still on her cheeks Riana entered the house.
"You why Riana?" ask Riana's mother to see the state of her child is so messy.
"There's nothing, ma'am," Riana replied as she headed for the room and closed the door.
Riana's mother was silent. She knew that Riana needed some peace alone first. It has become the nature of Riana from childhood if there is a problem of needing calm in alone first.
After some time, Riana's mother opened the door of the room and saw Riana asleep who was still in a mess. Her mother takes a blanket and covers Riana while stroking Riana's hair and looking at the doll and the letter. Her mother read the letter and just found out why Riana was like that. After reading her mother's letter immediately came out of Riana's room.
Towards the night Riana woke up and looked at the doll as if she still could not believe what had happened. Finally, he placed the doll on the bed.
Riana opened the bedroom window and looked at the sky, and spoke inwardly.
"Where are you now Rey, can I do this Rey like you?" inwardly wondering.
After a long pensive moment, Riana closed the window and changed clothes. After changing clothes Riana lay down onto the bed and hugged the doll giving her hand from Rey. And when she realized her tears came out and cried Riana. Her mother only heard Riana crying from the outside door of Riana's room.
At the restaurant, Rey and her family are having lunch, but Rey has been quiet since the trip.
"why you Rey?" ask Rey's mother.
"let it go" replied Rey's father, who answered his wife's question.
His father knew what kept Rey quiet.
In his heart and in Rey's mind. Rey was just thinking about how Riana was doing right now.
"How long till we get to our destination, Dad?" ask Rey's mother to her husband.
"About 1 day, ma'am" replied Rey's father.
Rey's new home is quite far away, taking 1 and a half days.
After the meal was over, they continued their journey.
Days change, on Sundays. In the house Riana looks Riana just woke up and saw the clock was showing at 10 am then Riana headed to the living room and saw her mother was sitting waiting for Riana to wake up.
"Mother already knew from the letter that Riana was fed up with," said Riana's mother as she approached Riana.
"Patience and live your day, son. Don't get drawn into grief, it will all be over and if Rey's intentions come to a moment. She must have made a promise" her mother said, hugging Riana.
"Yes Ma'am, Riana will try hard," Hugging her mother.
"Rey, I'm sure you will come even though it's a long time I wait, I hope you don't forget me Rey," Riana said in her heart hoping Rey would come sometime.
"Sana take a bath first" asked Riana's mother.
"Well, ma'am," Riana replied and headed straight for the bathroom.
After bathing Riana immediately tidied up the bed and played with Rey's gift doll. Riana was very careful to keep the doll so that it was not damaged.
Meanwhile, after a long drive, the Rey family finally reached their destination. Rey sees her new home and new surroundings.
Rey enters the house and looks around the house but Rey still looks moody. In her heart she still thinks of her best friend Riana. Rey wishes Riana well and time quickly passes so she can meet Riana again.
Rey saw some people who were pacing back and forth putting home furniture items. Rey felt uncomfortable finally out of the house and took a walk to see the atmosphere outside his house which was already afternoon.
Rey looks at the park chair and sits alone and imagines that the clock is now, Rey is playing with Riana.
What are you doing now Riana. Do you hate me Riana? I hope you understand Riana. Rey said in her heart.
Rey got out of her seat and headed home.
After Rey got into the house. Rey's father called Rey.
"Rey here..Your room's upstairs and your stuff's been arranged. You just sleep" Rey's father said
"Well, well" Rey said with not too much response
"What about our new home? Do you like it?" ask his father while pointing his face at every corner of the house.
"It's good, Dad. Rey likes it, "Rey just lied to say like. Actually Rey does not like it because her house is now very far from Riana's place.
"Well, Rey rest first. Rey's tired," pinta Rey.
"Well, Rey" replied Rey.
Then Rey headed to her room and took a break.
