“So, you really resigned? Seriously?” Riu was shocked to hear Ryuka say, not expecting her to take such an extreme step.
“Sstttt, lower your voice. Mom and Daddy will listen. Can be the length of the business,”.
Riu smothers her mouth, “sorry, but I'm in severe shock. Why did you resign?”
Riuki was bearded after hearing carefully the reason for her brother. “I always support whatever your decision. But you've considered it carefully, right?”
“Entahlah. One day I might regret it. But for now, at least I think it was the right decision,”.
“You dont have plan B?”
“Of course I have, but can’t tell you now,”.
Riu shook his head, “I get it, I won't force you to tell me everything. I just want you to know, you're never alone Kaa,”.
“Hmm I know, really much,”.
“I would really be angry, if I were the umpteenth person to know about your condition,”.
“Sorry about that,”.
“I'm sorryin. But I don't want it to happen again,”. Ryuka looked to salute with her hand, a sign of understanding well.
It has been a few days Ryuka back and forth to her parents' house to help prepare for Riuki's wedding which does not feel like a month away. Riuki also stay more often and leave Ori to his mother.
Since marriage Mama did reduce work, she looks more at home with Daddy who also works much more flexible hours, can be finished with virtual meetings. Even if you have to get out of the house, Daddy will definitely take Mama with him.
“Mama nih, mentang-matang still count newlyweds, very rarely working,”. Oluk Ryuka was as soon as her mother joined them in the courtyard seat of the house.

Ryuka and Riuki compactly nodded, relieved to hear that the mama had truly made peace with her past.
“You've heard of Papa?” ask Rani. Ryuka and Riuki glanced at each other before shaking their heads. “Sorry Papa Yes,”.
“Why Mom apologizes, come on Ma,”.
Rani turned to look at Riuki inside. “Adek want to be accompanied by Papa when I will meet later?”. Mama did call Riu more often with the name adek.
“Mama has obrolin with Daddy. Don't feel bad with Daddy he said,”. Continue Rani.
“So, I want Daddy to be my marriage guardian,”.
“However Papa Bladder adek is still alive. If you want, Mama can try to contact Papa,”.
“Ma, we can not remove Papa from our lives, our chat, or whatever it is in our lives,”. Ryuka's tone always rises when it comes to the Papa.
“Kaa, don't do dong nak,”.
Riu just keeps quiet and looks down, but Rani knows that she actually agrees with Ryuka. It's just that, Riu is more often represented by his twin brother.
“Alright.. alright. But if you change your mind, do not hesitate to tell Mama yes,”.
Riu grabs Rani's hand into hers, “thank you Ma,”.
“You hug Mama dong,”. Pinta Rani's. Ryuka and Riu rushed to the mother. Draining the power in any aspect.
I heard someone approaching. “You always secretly hug each other without me,” Jamie protests with her language, she still struggles with Indonesian despite almost understanding everything that is spoken.
“You’re just honest because we hugged mom. Is it Dad?”
“That’s one of them,”.
The two broke her embrace at Rani while rolling her lazy eyeballs. “Alright..alright. you’re mine,”.
“You're the same kid himself jealous,”.
“I'm just happy to tease our dear son,”. Jamie defended himself.
Anyone who saw must know, the gaze of both of them was filled with love.
“Oh yes Kaa, you why lately often play here?” rani asked suspiciously.
“Ih the Mama, rarely here sad, often here even protest,”.
Ryuka chuckles to hide the nervousness and cold sweat after Rani's unexpected question.
“Everything is okay?”
“There is nothing Ma. I intentionally reduce my responsibility. I've reported to my department chair. All safe under control,”.
Mama looks through Ryuka's face to make sure all her son's words are right.
“Serious Ma,” Ryuka reassured.
“Good. Mama trust same sister,”.
Ryuka quietly let out a long sigh as she managed to get out of the interrogation of the mother. Then blinked her eyes at Riu to help her distract Mama and Daddy by asking about her wedding trinkets.
Ryuka covered her room after seeing Riu and mama was busy discussing the preparation of the event with one of the Wedding Organizer (WO) representatives who came to the house. Ryuka lay staring at the ceiling of her room which was deliberately not changed in the slightest by Mama even though her children had lived apart and had their own homes.
His thoughts revolved around the other options that Septi's doctor offered as he submitted his resignation letter. An option that could save the career that he fought desperately for but every choice there is a risk is not it? Ryuka will lose a lot of valuable things if she chooses the option.
The ringing of the phone managed to disperse the thoughts of Ryuka who had been glaring everywhere without permission.
Kenji video call.. Ryuka did change the name of Qwenzy on her phone at Ori's special request, I don't know what that means.
Ryuka changed the position to the stomach and shifted the answer button on the screen.
”Haii,”.
Qwenzy smiled broadly even though she could not hide her tired face. “Hai Kaa, where else?”
”I'm at Mama's,”
”My turn is busy, you have a lot of free time,”.
”Bener also yes. Eh Jii you'll never come to Riu's wedding?”
”I try yes, I have said the same mba Lara to be included in my schedule, later I will definitely yes,”.

”Another week and first destination is Paris,”.

Ryuka looked seriously considering Q's invitation, after all he was not having any busyness. Far away, Qwenzy was making her hand praying that Ryuka would decide to come along and she could start the project of conquering Ryuka's frozen heart.
