Robbin and Emily finish with their lunch, and soon the two rush to clean up the leftovers to return to the room before Leon arrives.
"Miss Emily, sorry. But let me return this tray," said Robbin interrupting Emily's movement to stand up to return the tray she used earlier while taking her lunch.
With a sweet smile Emily looked at Robbin with gentleness. He took the tray back and said politely. "Let me, Robbin."
Robbin nodded slowly, he took a step back and stood right behind Emily following the woman silently. He doesn't know what his boss' wife thinks of him, he doesn't want to accept Robbin's help like he's unhappy with her.
When the two reached their destination, they did not expect that a group of female employees were gossiping about Emily. They commented on his simple appearance and of course his expensive hils were not missed. Though the shirt and skirt that he wears even the price is equivalent to his shoes. Maybe because it looks so plain and un-fashionable.
"Hey! What are you guys doing here? Stop gossiping and go back to work," Robbin said, disbanding several female employees who gossiped without seeing the whereabouts of the person being gossiped about.
"Why indeed? What we are talking about is not true either. This strange woman must have entered the company because it became Mr. Leon's mistress," said a woman with a disgusting glance at Emily.
Robbin hurriedly closed the woman's mouth. "What are you talking about, you don't know who you're dealing with. Stop and get back to work before Mr. Leon finds out.
The woman brushed aside Robbin's hand that was smothering her mouth. He shows his arrogant face and approaches Emily. "Women seem to have met a lot. They'll look plain, then slowly go wild."
"Jane!" Robbin shouted at the woman's name loudly to warn her to stop. Because if Leon suddenly comes and sees this, I don't know what will happen. How could he possibly see his wife in such contempt in front of so many people. "Jane! Please stop, don't let Mr. Leon see you guys like this, you know it's not that he doesn't like this kind of commotion in his office."
"Basan lickers." Jane spilled the rest of her drinking water onto Emily's face.
"What are you doing?" Robbin stood up in anger.
Not afraid of Jane laughing. "Pack up and get out of here. Because I won't let my position be replaced by a slum like you. You don't know who's behind me, not even Leon will be able to suppress me. So don't try to fight me."
"Jane is enough! You've been very late, after all, haven't you been fired, and why are you still here" Robbin said raising his voice. She is upset about Jane's treatment of Emily.
Emily smiled as she looked at Jane's annoyed expression. Inwardly he thrashed eagerly to avenge this woman in front of him and to tear down his arrogance. He should not have accepted Romario's father's offer to keep this from happening to him. He was sorry, because he seemed to have come to embarrass himself.
"Without you smiling, are you thinking of an excuse to report it to Leon?" Jane laughs. "Please, it's pointless, because Aunt Saina will definitely get him to fire you."
"This woman, you_" Robbin was about to retaliate but Emily quickly arrested the man.
"Leave it."
"But Miss?"
Emily shook her head trying to calm Robbin's emotions. He knew who was behind Jane's arrogance, so he didn't want Robbin involved to sacrifice his job just because of him.
