Seeing Juan approaching, Dea and his two colleagues wanted to rush by, but were soon prevented by Juan. "Where are you going?" Juan looked at the three with an annoyed look. "You were intentional, huh? Doing that to Velina?!"
Dea and her two friends looked panicked, "ti-no, sir." They looked at each other and looked down.
"You still want to deny? I just saw it myself with my own eyes, you guys must have been on purpose, right?!" Hardik Juan again.
"Sir, stop. It's not their fault, I don't pay attention to the streets." Velina said.
"Tuh, right, sir. Right, not our fault," Dea defended herself.
"Basic doesn't know himself, you-"
"Sir, come on." Velina gestured for Juan not to prolong the problem.
"Alright, if next time I see you guys doing this again to Velina. I won't hesitate to give you punishment, or even dismissal."
Hearing that, Des and his two comrades were stunned. "Now you can go." Juan's touch, he was still trying to hold back his anger.
"Juan, you shouldn't have done that to them" Velina said as Dea and his two comrades had passed from before them. "I'm afraid they'll hate me even more. You were too much earlier, you shouldn't have to defend me, I can take care of myself" Velina continued with an annoyed face.
"Velina, their actions are not allowed. If it continues, they'll be all-mens to you." Juan held onto both of Velina's shoulders, and the woman quickly put him away.
"But I don't like your way." Velina left just like leaving Juan. While Juan was still in his place with a clueless look. He doesn't know what's wrong with him.
Unpermissioned, Velina entered her study, in which she was shocked by the presence of a woman who was talking to Diego on the sofa where she received guests. "Sorry," awkwardly Velina lowered her head in respect.
The woman in the red dress did not like Velina. His gaze was cynical and mocking. "Who is he?"
Diego did not immediately reply, he glanced at Velina for a moment, "she is the secretary."
"Secretary?" The woman pretended to be shocked. He looked at Velina from the tip of the foot to the end of the head. "I thought she was an office girl here" he continued full of satire.
Velina immediately raised her head, wanting to feel like she was clawing at the mouth of the woman who had originally spoken. But he knew he had to hold back. "What happened to the office girl job? I don't think there's anything wrong with that job? And I think all of those jobs are honorable halal. It is precisely a person who likes to demean others who do not have a good attitude."
"You-" The woman before him immediately sniggered at Velina's words, she was suddenly at a loss for words. "Diego, how can you have a brash secretary like her?!" The protest was against Diego.
Diego smiled faintly and was calm, "are you offended by what he said?"
"What did you say?" The woman grew upset that Diego didn't defend her.
"If you're offended, it's a sign that what he's saying is true. You better fix your attitude."
"What?! I can't believe you're telling me this."
"Why not?"
The woman in the red dress grew keki as Diego continued to ignore her. "I'll tell my father that our project is off." He grabbed his sling bag on the sofa, "i'll make sure you're sorry for being like this to me." Threaten again, after that hastily passed from the room.
"You don't want to go after him?" Ask Velina.
"For what?"
"You just lost a client, and that's because of me." Velina looked a little guilty.
"Only one client, no problem."
"But you can't be like this. What about your reputation?" Didn't you hear what he said? He seems to be really hurt. I'm afraid he's trying to bring down the good name of this company." Velina really felt guilty.
"What?" Velina's forehead frowned in confusion.
"Oh, forget it." Diego is upset because it seems like Velina is insensitive. "Oh... Have you had lunch? Have you gone to the doctor?" Trying to switch the conversation.
Velina bowed listlessly. He remembered his problem. A problem that is not trivial at all. "Yes..." Answer doubtful.
"What did the doctor say? What are you sick with?"
Velina shook her head, "i'm fine, the doctor said I was just a little tired and late to eat, so my magh relapsed." Velina hopes Diego believes the reason.
"Oh .. I see, then you should pay more attention to your health."
"Yes." Yeah."
Suddenly quiet. Both were silent and dissolved in their minds.
"Snake..."
"Yes..."
Velina let out a long sigh before starting to speak, "what if-" it felt so hard to continue her sentence, as if something was stuck in her throat.
"What's? Just saying?" Diego was curious and impatient.
"What if we eat out tonight." Velina did not have the courage to tell the truth, she wanted to ask, what if she was pregnant?
Velina did not seem ready for Diego's answer. For him this is too fast. It all seemed to have slipped from his original plan. He just wanted to take revenge on this man. But why did it become like this?
"Yes.. okay." Diego felt that there was something Velina was hiding. But he would wait until Velina told him herself.
"I think you went where you were. It turned out to be straight here?" The sound from the door made the two look. Juan seemed to have entered the room. "I'm sorry about that, I promise I won't be like that anymore." He looked at Velina with regret.
"Wait a minute, what's going on?" Diego asked both of them.
"There's nothing, just a small matter," Juan reflexively grabbed onto Velina's shoulder by his side. "Couldn't you?" His eyes dried up spoiled on the woman.
"Juan, watch your attitude." Velina again removed Juan's hand from her shoulder.
"I'm sorry, I didn't mean anything. I just wanted to protect you." Juan was still staring at Velina with an unusual smile, it seemed like he was really in the heat.
"He's right, you shouldn't touch him carelessly." Added Diego.
"Hey... Since when are you like that? You seem to care a lot about Velina too. Do you intend to have it too? Do you really want to compete with me?" juan said, looking suspiciously at Diego.
"It's not like that, you're misunderstanding." Diego's a little flirting. "I just don't want our work atmosphere to be disturbed just because of love."
"Is that really all?" Still urgent.
"of course. What else is it?"
Juan looked at Diego and Velina in turn. "Yes, this time I believe. Because Velina might not be your taste. Although she looked beautiful, but she was very simple in appearance. Not like the women you've been dating all this time."
It's good that Juan thinks so. Diego can breathe a sigh of relief now. However, he does not want any problems with his co-worker and best friend. They have been friends since they were kids. And Diego doesn't want their relationship to just break down.
