CHAPTER 9_ 7 Levels of Courage

Gunma is very save many things that are difficult to understand by Sasha, the condition of the government that previously did not occur to Sasha.

In addition, the Linch family has an attachment to the Gunma kingdom.

Again Sasha found a puzzle that seemed to burn his soul to solve the purpose of the writing he got.

“Then tomorrow we will meet Uncle Zen” Sasha said as she closed the book

After deciding to meet Zen tomorrow, Sasha went to bed.

The morning had come, Sasha got up from her sleep and headed downstairs for breakfast.

After breakfast as usual, Sasha helped her parents tidy up the house, took a bath and continued to study for school entrance tests.

At 10:45, Sasha stopped reading the school entrance test book and planned to meet Zen in Gunma.

“Ayo Guin, we go to meet Uncle Zen, I want to ask about 7 levels of courage” invited Sasha who has brought supplies during in Gunma

They go to the mirror and open the portal using a necklace that Sasha wears.

“7 levels of courage means 7 understandings of courage itself. Difficult to achieve but that does not mean impossible” explained Zen

“Then the intent of turning on 7 courage was what Uncle” asked Sasha

“In 7 levels of courage if we can finish it we will get a lantern on each level, until now I can only reach the second level, so far, while going to the third level I failed and the lanterns that I was able to disappear” Zen explained

“If Uncle Zen alone is difficult to achieve, will I be able to get to the level of 7” Sasha said

“Do you want to give up before trying. Courage will arise when we gather strong determination, explained Zen

Hearing Zen's words, Sasha again finds the spirit to solve her family's secrets that are still a mystery.

“Then how do I reach the 7th level Uncle” asked Sasha

“Until now only revealed 6 levels of courage, level 7 is the most difficult in the revealed because no one has ever reached the level of 7” explained Zen

“For the first level is the Day rate, as it is called, we can reach this level only during the day. There is somewhere on the top of the mountain near Gunma village, there is where the lantern of Day-level courage is” Zen explained

“But it's still night, do we tomorrow morning can just go” asked Sasha

“No, we should be leaving now. By riding a horse, we will travel for three hours, if we leave in the morning we will lose three hours because of travel” explained Zen

“We must quickly solve this puzzle but must not rush” Zen said

After planning a departure, Zen and Sasha readied their supplies for the trip.

When they finished, they began their journey to the mountain they were referring to.

In the direction of this mountain, they pass through the countryside, a river that is commonly used by Gunma residents to find fish, and also forests that are covered with many cypress trees.

After passing through the forest, they reached the foot of the mountain they were heading to.

“What we have up uncle” asked Sasha

“Yes, this is the mountain I mean, the lantern is on the top of this high mountain” replied Zen

“Wahhh... is really a very high mountain, whether we can get to the top before sunset” Sasha said inwardly

The mountain before them was indeed very high, reaching the peak within 12 hours was impossible for Sasha, but for Zen it was possible, it was possible, because Zen has a speed in moving that cannot be underestimated.

They begin their journey without horses, due to road conditions that do not allow using horses.

It had been half a day since the journey began, but Sasha and Zen had yet to reach half of this mountain. If until sunset they still do not reach the top then their mission will fail.

“There must be an event to get to the top before sunset” Zen said cheering Sasha on

And from the direction of the mountain top was seen a large white snake darting very fast.

Without further ado, the huge snake attacked Sasha

“Hey, who are you, why are you attacking me” Sasha said as she jumped dodging the attack

“You have killed my soldiers, I will demand revenge” said the big snake

“Uncle Zen, how this” cried Sasha

“This is your test Sasha, you have to fight” Zen said

Sasha who had never studied martial arts before felt very cornered. Attack after attack Sasha avoid, but this snake still does not stop attacking Sasha.

“Sasha, do you remember what I said before we left for this mountain” said Zen shouting

“What uncle Zen said, at a time like this I can't remember anything” Sasha said inwardly

“Oh yes.. I remember, all the obstacles I would encounter were just illusions…. So I see, this snake is actually an illusion” Sasha said in her heart

An illusion can be created from our own imagination, to defeat the illusion is to defeat the mind itself.

Sasha recalls being trapped in an illusion in the dark forest, when Sasha managed to get out because she could return to her conscious point.

“Yahh. I'll try the show” Sasha said as she thought of a plan

“Successful, I am sure Sasha can definitely understand this trick” Zen said with a smile

“Sasha, what happened, how can you ride the snake” asked Zen with a very astonished expression

“This lantern is so beautiful, I just saw a lantern made of glass like this” Sasha said while holding a lantern

The lanterns that Sasha got were made of glass, no other material. The glass is so clear and shiny when exposed to sunlight. It is only natural that this lantern is called the lantern of daytime courage.

“Then next how Uncle” asked Sasha

“We should go down first, then we talk about the next plan” replied Zen

They also returned with a large snake. And it didn't take long for them to be back where they started to climb the mountain.

“Sasha, did you succeed” asked Guin

“Iya Guin, I managed to get this lantern” Sasha replied while showing the lantern she was holding

While resting, Zen again explained about the next level of courage.

The next level is the night level. This level was in a vast meadow. This place is quite far from Gunma, about 30km from where they are currently.

This meadow is a very beautiful place at night, there are no other plants except green grass that thrives on that place.

But on the way to the meadow is not easy, before entering the grassland area, Sasha must pass through a very complicated labyrinth. People who have previously passed through this labyrinth will immediately move to the end of the labyrinth which is in the grassland.

“How is Sasha, are you ready to go to the next place” asked Zen

“Every Uncle” said Sasha who had been riding her white horse

They also went to the pasture which Zen meant.

Along the way Sasha did not find any interference until they finally arrived somewhere like a pendopo.

“What is this place Uncle” asked Sasha while looking at a large building without walls with marble floors as well as sturdy wooden poles in the corner as well as the middle of the building.

“This is the place to practice the fighters in this area, for some reason now no one is using this training ground” replied Zen

“What do you want to go to that place Sasha” asked Zen

“It looks like no Uncle, we just continue the journey” replied Sasha

They also continued their journey to the pasture which Zen meant.

After a long journey, they finally arrived in front of the labyrinth.

There was a tall, mossy stone wall in front of Sasha. It's a wall of the labyrinth of courage. This labyrinth actually has no end if it has entered it will not be able to return, because automatically the entrance of this labyrinth will be closed when it has entered the labyrinth.

The end of this labyrinth will open if the person who enters the labyrinth has determination and also great courage.

So it can be concluded, difficult or not to find the exit is dependent on the courage of the person.

“Are you ready Sasha” asked Zen

“I'm ready uncle” replied Sasha

“Alright, then I first, since I have reached the end of this labyrinth, I will directly arrive at the meadow after entering the labyrinth door. I will wait for you in the meadow” said Zen as he walked towards the entrance
