Episode 3 Goodbye

David took a taxi on his way. Suddenly, a truck crashes into a taxi driven by David. Before the incident, David had felt bad on the trip and suspected that someone wanted to harm him. Despite his resignation, David realizes that his life still matters because there is a person he loves, Gracia. He then sent a short message to Gracia.

In his short message, David says, "Live well, goodbye, and thank you" to Gracia. However, just then, the taxi car driven by David hit the roadblock and exploded.

The truck driver then contacted someone named Xavier Lin by phone.

"Hello, boss," said the driver.

"Have you managed to do it?" ask Xavier.

"Already, Boss. The mission is complete" replied the truck driver.

"Well, I'll send you the money later" Xavier said.

After talking to Xavier, the driver hung up. "Now there's nothing to stand in my way. It's time for me to be with Gracia" she thought.

Meanwhile, news of the crash has been in the spotlight. Gracia was in her office when she opened her phone. He saw a message from David that read, "Live well, goodbye, and thank you."

"Why would he send a message like this? Is he out of his mind?" gracia Gumam.

Feeling anxious, Gracia opened social media and was shocked to see news of the accident involving a taxi with a license plate similar to the one David was riding.

"Why do I feel bad? Did something happen to him?" thinking Gracia.

Then, Gracia's memories of a message from David containing a goodbye return.

Gracia goes to the accident site to see the crash victim. Once there, he approached one of the witnesses and asked, "Sir, why did this accident happen?"

"I saw the truck hit a taxi, then it hit a roadblock and it exploded" the witness said.

"Do you know who was the victim of this accident?" ask Gracia.

"I don't know, maybe they didn't survive the accident or got stuck in the car and caught on fire in the blast" the witness said.

Then, the police arrived at the scene and began to conduct an investigation. While searching for evidence, they found a wallet. After opening it, they find the victim's identity and a photo inside.

Approaching the police, Gracia asked, "Sorry Mr. Police, do you know the name of the victim of the accident?"

The police saw Gracia's face and realized that she was very similar to the woman seen in the photo they found inside the victim's purse.

"I'm sorry, do you have any connection to the accident victim?" ask the police and show me the photo.

Looking at the photo, Gracia was very surprised and her tears started to drip.

"Why do you look so surprised?" ask police.

"I know the victim, he's my ex-husband. We just got divorced" Gracia replied sadly.

"Is Miss involved in this accident? Does Miss have a grudge with the victim?" ask the police suspiciously.

"We're not sure. According to witnesses, a truck hit the victim. At the moment, we are investigating the case of this accident" police said.

Gracia is sad and anxious over the accident that befell her ex-husband. He decided to assist the police in the investigation of the case if needed.

"alright, Sir. If there is any additional information, please contact me," Gracia told police.

"Okay, miss" replied the police.

Gracia left feeling guilty. If he hadn't divorced David in the past, maybe this accident wouldn't have happened. She looked at the photo of her marriage to David, where David looked very happy, while Gracia looked so unhappy.

"David, I'm sorry. I just realized that I never appreciated you. Now I feel so sick after losing you" Gracia said in tears.

Gracia returns home and lets David's memories fill her mind. He felt like he was looking at David's shadow in the kitchen, busy cooking food for him.

"Darling, hungry already? I'll cook for you" David's shadow said in his memory.

Then, he went into the dining room and remembered, "Honey, eat. I've prepared the food."

Those are the memories that still live in the house, the memories of David. Gracia pondered for a moment, feeling sad and full of regret. "Why is it that when we part, my heart hurts so much, David? Are you really gone forever?" he muttered slowly, staring blankly at their wedding photos.

"David, I just realized how hard it is to lose you" Gracia said in tears. "I miss you so much, and even your cooking."

He felt remorse for the bad treatment he had shown David and the Norton family. He realized that all this time he had never appreciated them.

Meanwhile, Gracia's mother who knew about David's death was happy. He felt he could finally remove the "obstacle.

Then Gracia's mother came out of the room and saw Gracia crying.

"Gracia, what's wrong? Why crying?" ask Santika.

"Mom, David's gone forever. She died," Gracia replied in tears.

"Died? How's this happening?" tanya Santika pretended not to know.

"David has been in an accident. The taxi he was riding hit a roadblock and exploded" Gracia explained sadly.

Seeing Gracia crying over David's death makes Santika angry.

"Gracia, why weep over Losers? You should be happy because he won't interfere anymore" Santika said in an angry tone.

"What did you say? I don't understand," Gracia replied confusedly.

"Here you go, I'm sick of your crying. You shouldn't cry over a loser. There is no benefit" said Santika firmly.

"Can you shut up? I don't want to talk to you anymore" Gracia said as she went to her room.

Meanwhile, a young man is being treated at a hospital as a result of an accident. He was rescued by someone and is undergoing medical treatment. The young man suffered burns and brain injuries from a severe impact.
