Episode 1 useless son-in-law

"David, can you please wash my clothes?" gracia Norton said as she looked at her husband with a sharp look. David Norton has been married to Gracia for three years, but unfortunately he is often considered a useless son-in-law. David and Gracia get married because of her grandfather's wishes, though Gracia doesn't like David. For Gracia, David is just a parasite who wants to seize his family's treasure. But on the other hand, David just wants to continue with his wife. He hopes to make his cold wife fall in love with him.

After washing his wife's clothes, David went on to cook food for her. After he finished cooking, he immediately resumed other work.

Gracia's mother had woken up from her sleep. He then rebukes David, "David, until when will you continue this way? You should feel ashamed in front of Gracia. He works day and night, and you're just inside the house."

"Mother Gracia asked me to do homework."

"Don't lie to me. Did you know Gracia married you just to return her grandfather's favor? You better divorce Gracia. She should have married someone more deserving than you, not a lowly man like you" Gracia's mother said. These words left David deeply hurt. Though he had put in a lot of effort for this family, yet no one appreciated or thanked him in the least.

"Sorry Mom, if you're talking about divorce, why don't you ask Gracia?"

"Anyways, you should divorce Gracia. Otherwise, I'll make you regret."

"Gracia was busy working in the office when suddenly a man came to bring flowers for her. The man was Xavier Lin, who had always followed Gracia. Upon learning that Gracia is married to David, Xavier is furious and does not expect that Gracia will marry someone as unqualified as David."

Xavier is now in Gracia's room.

"Gracia, please accept this flower" Xavier said. However, Gracia refused, "Sorry, Xavier. I can't take it."

Xavier asked, "Why don't you want to accept my love, Gracia? I really sincerely love you. When you married that useless man, I couldn't take it yet. Now you must accept my love and immediately divorce your husband."

Gracia replied firmly, "I'm sorry, I'm not going to divorce David."

Although Gracia does not love David, she feels comfortable being with him and does not want to divorce her husband.

"Why, Gracia? Why don't you want to divorce that useless guy? What has she done during your three years of marriage? He just keeps being inside the house."

"Well, I'll go, but make sure that I'll come back and I'll make you fall in love with me."

Xavier only sighed and left Gracia's room in disappointment. He felt sad and frustrated because his efforts to get Gracia's heart always ended in failure. However, behind it all, he remains convinced that one day Gracia will truly love him.

Gracia refocused on her work and was not distracted by Xavier's actions. However, in his heart, there was concern that Xavier would continue to disturb him and mess with his life with David.

In the car, Xavier hits the steering wheel in annoyance. "Damn it, why is it so hard for me to get that woman? All this because of that useless guy. If only she hadn't shown up, maybe I could've married her."

Meanwhile, Gracia receives a call from her mother.

"Hello ma'am, what's wrong?"

"Gracia, please divorce your husband immediately."

"Mom, I'm not divorcing David."

"When are you with that useless man? You should have married Xavier Lin, he is a man who deserves you."

"After any time, I won't marry her Mom."

Gracia hung up the phone as soon as her mother asked that she and David divorce. She did not expect her mother would ask for something like that. It's getting late, and Gracia just got home from work. At home, David had prepared dinner for her.

"Welcome, dear," David said with a smile. He then invited Gracia to dinner.

Meanwhile, David takes food for his wife and decides to eat with her. Suddenly, Gracia's mother came and directly attacked her. "Let him take his own food. People like you don't deserve to eat with us. It is better to go to the kitchen and eat the leftovers that are there," Gracia's mother said in a firm tone.

David just nodded and went to the kitchen. There, he ate the leftovers. It should have been given to pets, but David chose to eat it himself.

"Welcome, Xavier. Please sit. We were having dinner together. You better join us" said Santika with hospitality.

"Thank you, Auntie. This is a gift for Aunt and Gracia" Xavier said, giving the gift.

"Oh, thank you, Xavier. You really care about us" Santika said happily.

Seeing Xavier's arrival, Gracia immediately moved away from the dining table and walked out of the room.

"Sorry, Mom. I have to go to the room. I feel tired," Gracia said politely to her mother.

"Gracia, Xavier came to see you. You should have welcomed her well," Gracia's mother softly said.

"Mom, I didn't tell him to come here. He came here on his own initiative" Gracia told her mother.

"Already, Aunt. Its alright. Maybe Gracia is exhausted. It is better that he rest, ", said Xavier feignedly, though his heart was actually very angry.

Meanwhile, Gracia was now inside the room. He did not expect that Xavier would come to his house.

Meanwhile, Xavier is still in the dining room with Santika.

"Tante, where's that useless guy?" tanyakanya.

"Oh, he's in the kitchen. What's up?" answer Santika.

"Tante, please help persuade Gracia to get a divorce with the useless man" Xavier said.

"I've tried to force her to divorce, but Gracia still doesn't want to divorce her" Santika replied in a low tone.

"Tante, anyway we should be able to separate Gracia and that useless guy. We have to trap that useless guy" Xavier said firmly.

"How is it?" ask Santika.

"We're going to make him cheat on another woman. After that, I will have someone take a picture of her and give all the evidence to Gracia. Surely Gracia will be angry and she will divorce the useless man" Xavier explained with a devious plan.

"I agree with your advice, but have you found a woman that David would be interested in sleeping with?"

"Just relax, Auntie. I've found her. We just need to make a plan carefully."

"Okay, I agree."

Meanwhile, David was sound asleep on his couch. The next day, David immediately prepared breakfast for his wife and did his usual homework.

"Now, David, you have to go shopping" said Santika.

"Good, Mom."

David turned on his motorbike and got ready to go shopping. Meanwhile, Santika immediately contacted Xavier.

"Xavier, I've got David out of the house. Now it's your turn to act" said Santika.

"Well, Auntie," Xavier replied with a smile heard in his voice over the phone."
