chapter 40 (The Birth of Zeint)

The servant of the king of Delltino brought Zeint and the Selleburk royal family into a spacious room with several doors beside him.

They then chose to sit in a long chair to return to continue their reunion.

"Well Zeint I have much to ask but before that I am grateful to see you again!" said King Fartian.

"I'm also happy to meet you and Uncle Fartian." - Reply Zeint.

"Wait for my father I can't believe that he's really the son of Uncle Weinhart because my uncle only has two children!" - Ela the prince of Hars who is still confused.

King Fartian only looked at the child's eyes with pity because he did not know about this.

"Well, my son, it's better if you know this long-covering thing than putting on that suspicious face!"

Flashbacks

When king Fartian had just ruled the kingdom of Sellburk he still had no children despite 5 years married to his wife queen Cerlina Von Sellburk.

He desperately wanted a successor but he could not get even though his sister Weinthar already had one son plus his wife was pregnant with their second child.

King Farian had thought to have children even from among his concubines, but because of his love for the queen Cerlina he undo his intentions.

Shortly after, his sister Weinthart's wife "Merline Caul Selle," is attacked by a demon from Nirwa Mountain which results in his second child being born prematurely.

Hearing of this as his uncle's man, king Farian took pains to save the second son of his younger brother who was none other than Zeint, by calling many doctors from all over the country.

However, none of the doctors were able to save Zeint, his condition grew weaker and weaker, which made King Fartian and his brother Weinthart feel frustrated.

When there was no hope left came a strangely dressed man who claimed he was a doctor and said confidently that he could help Zeint.

Without much suspicion they finally let the person check on Zeint.

The person then makes a magic circle to start a healing ritual.

Yet...

Finding a strange chant and the chaotic reaction of the Fartian king instantly prevented the man from continuing his ritual. Although the fate was too late, the purple light immediately shook the king of Fartian and his sister to the corner of the room when it was about to approach.

The wind continued to roll around the doctor and Zeint's body.

The wind seemed to form an invisible wall so that no one could interfere with the ritual.

Slowly the veil that the doctor wore was blown away by the wind and made the king of Fartian and Weinthart aware if the doctor was not a human but a demon.

He was a demon who attacked Weinthart's wife "Diabloseus".

King Fartian and Weinthart could not move their limbs. The gust of wind seemed to make them feel paralyzed and could only look at the face full of satisfied smiles of the demon Diabloosus who continued to perform rituals.

The Devil then slashed his wrist and dripped his black blood into Zeint's mouth.

Unable to what King Fartian saw, he tried his hardest to move every joint of his body but the pressure of increasing strength again emanated from Zeint's body.

Sruuussian...

The black mana slowly entered Zeint's body resulting in a violent shock that shattered his surroundings.

At the same time, the demon Diablo disappeared, leaving a deafening sound of laughter.

Finding the demon gone, King Fartian immediately got up and approached Zeint to check his condition. He was very surprised when he found out that Zeint's body had returned to normal.

The baby Zeint cried loudly over the magic circle which was then carried by the king of Fartian gently so that Zeint calmed down again.

Gratitude because Zeint was back healthy radiated from the face of King Fartian and also Weinthart. But that doesn't stop what happens next.

As Zeint grows, strange things continue to happen, and when Zeint turns 5 years old his body begins to show changes.

Weinthart as his father began trying to kill Zeint repeatedly, unwilling to have a demon-blooded bloodline in his family. His business was thwarted by his wife for disagreeing with her husband's actions.

Merline's mother Zeint told her husband's actions to the king of Fartian that made him angry with his sister.

King Fartian came to his brother's residence and began advising his younger brother. However, due to the slowly deteriorating mentality of the younger brother, the king took the decision to lock Zeint as a middle ground and also remove the name Zeint caul Selle from the surname of his sister.

"After 3 years you are born son who makes me rarely to see Zeint again" - Speak king Fartian while rubbing his son's hair.

A face of disbelief emanated from behind the eyeballs of Prince Hars who had just learned about it.Zeint who also just found out about his birth made him shocked but because some memories of his past are re-remembered making Zeint understands reality better.

"Well, if it happened so long ago why does he still look younger than me?" asked Prince Hars who still could not accept the reality even though he was told by his father.

Mandapati's question caused the reaction of the Fartian king to be confused, and he turned his face to Zeint, telling Zeint to tell him why.

"Uncle Fartian during the attack on the Selle family I managed to get out of the dungeon and then look for the whereabouts of Albert and also my sister Laura ,but when I saw Laura being attacked by a monster and almost making Laura die, I remembered my brother Albert saying that Life is tied to Mana. So the moment I managed to channel my Mana all of a sudden it was covered in ice and I myself froze!"- Clearly Zeint.

"So it's like that..... Zeint you mentioned about Albert, is he really dead?" asked King Farian suddenly.

Zeint closed his eyes for a moment while calming down.

"Yes that's right uncle.... Albert's brother was killed when he got me out of the Century Kingdom!"

"What about Laura? because when I got to Selle's house there was no Laura's body! and there was only Weinhart's frozen body and his palace and the people there" added king Fartian.

"According to brother Albert laura was in the Century kingdom as well and the reason I was here was because of the last letter that Albert had given me!"- Balas Zeint while issuing a letter giving Albert to the king of Fartian.

With a serious mimicry king Fartian read the letter and closed it again while returning it to Zeint.

"Albert you are too reckless!" - Seru Raja Fartian.

"Zeint do you want to return to my kingdom? and there we will make a plan to find Laura's presence in the kingdom of Century, even though there will be a great war!" - Invite King Farian to Zeint.

"Maybe it's good uncle but this is just Albert's guess, so you better stop trying to bring Laura back and let me find her because she's my sister!"-Egas Zeint said his opinion.

King Fartian smiled in relief as he looked at Zeint longingly.

"Yes Zeint you're right......Maybe because a lot of things happened to make me lose control!"

"That's natural uncle!"-Reply Zeint.

"Anu.. sorry to interrupt..!" - Ela the prince of Hars whom they had forgotten.

"Well, what is my son?" asked King Farian to the son.

"My father should call Zeint what?"

The words of the prince of Hars made the king laugh and also the confused face of Zeint because it was natural to remember the age of Zeint who was older than him but looked younger than him.

"Prince Hars you can call me Zeint after all we are brothers!" Zeint told Prince Hars.

"Then call me Hars as well as Zeint!" - Reply Prince Hars with a pleased face.

"Zeint what are you going to do after this?" asked King Farian again.

Zeint stared straight ahead with a short sigh.

"Since I am already a personal knight of princess Ellza, I will remain here and gather information as stated in Albert's letter. Then I'll infiltrate there!"

"So you want to speak directly with Mr Delltino Zeint?..Well let your uncle take care of it!" - Speak king Fartian proudly.

Zeint agreed to an offer from his uncle considering that for several days of living here he had not had time to talk to the king of Delltino because of the position problems that did not allow it.
