“grr.. grr”

The monster rotated as if it was having a tremendous headache, often Ray saw the monster growling in pain. One of the monster's front legs touched his sand-entrified eyes.

Not really caring about it anymore, Ray again looking for a way how he could use a weapon as short as that. With both hands, he combined 2 parts that have been broken. he hopes that the separate parts can be reconnected.

“Sial!. Do I have to fix it?, how can I do it. The time it takes to recreate one weapon only takes approximately 10 minutes.” Furious Ray, he could only look annoyed and hold firmly the piece of wood from his spear.

“Shelf.. srak..”

The sound of Ray's footsteps was heard again, not far from where he was now, he was now running towards the tree where he had survived the monster attack. With a swift hand left every branch of the tree that covered the place, it was seen that there was something he had to find there.

“Hah?..”

Ray was surprised by what he saw. “All the spears I used to attack the creature have been destroyed, even the spear eyes that I thought were very hard were also smashed to pieces.”

He could only stare at the surrender of the destroyed weapon, now all that was left and all that could be used was the short spear held by him.

“Groar!.”

The loud roar of the monster sounded back. Regardless of the weapons, he turned around and looked at the monster who was now starting to reactivate.

Nue who had now started to improve slowly opened his two eyes, initially his gaze was still blurred. Nue's vision was still blurry glazed, even the large wooden trunk that made him stumble earlier was still less clearly visible.

Seeing that, Ray started to look a little panicked. Now only that short spear could he use to fight against the monster.Unlike a spear in general, now the weapon looked like a dagger to him. Deftly, Ray turned the spear head down and held it as if it was a real dagger.

“Alright, I'll use this little spear.” He looked back at the spear he was holding.

“By the way about the spear, now this weapon feels like a dagger.” Ray said with the attitude of the horses.

On the other hand Nue's view has now improved, the first thing Nue saw was Ray. In a flash the two monster eyeballs that were once still yellowish white now turned red and black. The entire existence within Nue's body was now drastically increased, soaring emotions and an unstoppable outpouring of anger were already so visible.

“Shu... Bzt.. Bzt..”

The atmosphere inside the dome has now increased dramatically, the clouds that were once just plain black, have now turned into red clouds accompanied by lightning.

Seeing that, Ray already knew immediately that the monster in front of him was now very angry.

‘It turns out so!, the anger level of the damn monster was already at its peak limit. Maybe it's time he's going to issue a back-to-back attack.’ Inner Ray cursed the monster.

Under these circumstances, Ray is still seen to show that he is ready to fight even though cold sweat begins to feel on his body due to the horror he feels.

Quickly the vibrations on the ground began to feel again, now the monster shot quite fast towards Ray. Unlike the previous one, the large wood can be broken through by the monster's large legs.

Not yet had time to complete the sentence, the attack was suddenly launched Nue right hit Ray.

“Zrip... Duar!.”

Ray who is now seen sitting on the ground close to the explosion, his eyes widened to look at the big hole in front of him.

“Hah.. huh.. huh..”

A huge breath sounded from Ray's mouth. ‘God!. If I had not avoided it, I might have died and my body turned to ashes.’ Ray muttered with a surprised look.

Not yet had time to calm down for a while, a second attack was re-launched Nue to Ray.

“Zrip... Duar!…”

The sound of the second explosion was heard again, with the same situation as the first explosion, the hole was now formed where Ray was sitting. Black smoke was seen billowing in the explosion, not too long ago the smoke disappeared.

“ASTAGAAA!..why should be at a time nearby. For the second time my life was saved. Fucking monster, it seems like he doesn't want to give me a chance to get up.” Ray said that his position is not too far from the second explosion.

On the other hand the monster was now getting close to Ray, seeing that the explosion he launched did not hit its target, Nue began to gather magic energy at the tip of his horn.

Seeing that, Ray quickly stood up. Within seconds a third attack was launched towards him.

“Zrip... Duar!.”

‘Huh... fortunately I managed to avoid his third attack.’ Inner Ray.

Because the thick smoke billowing in the blast area gave Ray an advantage, he is now hiding behind a fallen tree trunk. Its current location is about 10 meters ahead of where the explosion occurred.

Just as the explosion happened, Nue was already in the blast area waiting for the black smoke to start disappearing. After a few seconds of smoke disappearing, Nue noticed that the third attack he launched did not hit Ray.

Both of the creature's large eyeballs revolved observing the local area in search of rays.

“GROAR!.”

A loud roar was heard again, and now the roar was different from usual. The roar was thundering accompanied by such a strong wind. All the fallen trees also moved.

Luckily Ray hid behind a tree that he had made a place to avoid the monster, because the size of the tree was much larger than other trees made the wind produced by Nue not make it shift.

‘Thank God.. I think this tree will shift. If it is, then the goddamn monster will find me. And maybe I'll be hit by a wood of this size. Imagine if I was hit by a tree this big alone has made me creep.’ Inner Ray.

Feeling that the monster was no longer roaring, Ray slowly moved his body and attempted to peek at the situation from behind the tree.

Now the monster looks to be sniffing the ground. And sometimes the creature walks around the hole from the explosion.

‘He looked for me by sniffing my smell, his behavior was so similar to that of a dog. Well... the monster is still closely related to the dog anyway, but hopefully he does not find me.’ Ray muttered back.

Having felt a little safe, Ray again saw the dagger he was holding. He could now only imagine a way that he could attack such a large monster with such a close-range attack.
