Chapter 53 The engagement plan
Two days later.
"Assalamuaikum, what's the matter, dear?" ask Clara
"Waalaikum salam. I forgot to tell you, tonight there's my business friend's engagement. I want you to come, don't you?" ask Juan.
"Hmm, is it okay for me to come? I'm afraid I'm interrupting." asked Clara.
"Of course it's okay, I'm glad you want to come along. All this time you never want me to invite to any event, but I always hope you can accompany me anywhere, dear," replied Juan gently.
"I don't want to, it's just that I'm afraid you're ashamed of me" Clara said honestly.
"Oh my dear God, my parents only I don't bother, let alone just anyone else I don't care what they'll say. You are like my breath, if you leave I will die too" Juan said seriously.
"Juan. I'll come with you later," break up Clara.
"Thank you, honey. At 7pm I picked you up. Oh yeah Andre's been taking Cindy yet?" ask Juan.
"It doesn't seem like it yet" replied Clara.
"About Cindy couldn't if Andre took her to a business friend's engagement party?" ask Juan.
"It seems like it will, because you promised to start opening your heart" replied Clara.
"Hopefully, I'm safe working. I'll see you later, honey, Assalamualaikum," he said.
"Greetings" replied Clara.
Clara came up to Cindy, but Cindy just smiled. Means Andre hasn't invited him because he didn't tell Clara anything.
"Cindy, you've been told to Mr. Andre's room. Now," said Bella who had just delivered the report to Andre's room.
"Ok, Brother. Thank you," he replied politely.
"Excuse me, did you call me? Can I help you, sir?" ask Cindy.
"Sit down, Cindy," he ordered.
Cindy immediately sat down, waiting for Andre who was still struggling with his gadget. Cindy's heart was pounding, her face pias held in shame when Andre looked at her fixedly.
"Cindy, is there a show tonight?" tanyanya gently.
"Nothing, sir. What's wrong?" ask Cindy to calm down.
"Later tonight there was a business friend's engagement, Juan invited Clara to attend the party" Andre said.
"Will you accompany me to the event?" ask Andre.
Cindy was silent for a moment, she hesitated a bit to decide. But because Clara also attended the event with Juan, she decided to accept Andre's invitation.
"All right, I'm willing," Cindy replied with a smile.
Andre was glad Cindy accepted his invitation, wanting it to feel like she was screaming to express her happiness. But he had to keep his wife, he just smiled and thanked her.
"Thank you, I'll pick you up at 7" Andre said.
"Together, Sir. I'm back in my room yes, sir." he said.
"Ok, Cindy," he answered.
"Yes," said Andre after Cindy had completely left.

After the magrib prayer the two brothers decided to get ready immediately.
"Why did you finally want Juan to attend this event, Clara? You usually refuse, right?" ask Cindy curious.
"Actually I was just afraid of him in his friend's banter if present with me, but I realized if this had been my choice then I had to go through it instead of avoiding him" Clara replied tactfully.
"You're right, I still remember Bima a lot. Her sweet promise, the memories of being with her. But I realized I couldn't continue living in delusion, I had to be strong to face reality. I'm lucky to have people who genuinely love me around me" Cindy said.
"Become people say that good people meet good people. That is why we must always do good to be surrounded by good people as well" Clara said.
"Oh yeah tomorrow we go to Jhony kos yeah, he's been no news for a long time. You text and phone calls aren't answered either" Cindy said.
"Good idea, brother. I was also worried about her, not usually she disappeared without news." Clara replied confirming her brother's suggestion.
When they finished preparing, they immediately went down. Juan and Andre have been waiting for them in the apartment parking lot. Andre and Juan both opened the car door for the woman. Juan left first, followed by Andre's car later.
Arriving there the event will begin soon, many invited guests have attended. After the celebration and prayer is over, proceed to the engagement.
"Congratulations Johan, congratulations Ana" Juan said.
"Well Juan, thank you for coming. Immediately following ya," he replied as he glanced towards Clara.
"Yes, we'll be right up. Pray yes" said Juan, holding Clara's hand.
Clara just looked at Juan sharply, then smiled at Johan and Ana.
"Hey Andre, finally after so many years can open your heart as well yes," Johan said staring at Andre and Cindy.
"Apaan anyway, doain course hopefully quickly followed ya. Oh yes congratulations, on waiting for the wedding invitation," said Andre.
"Thank you, I'm sure I doain. You and Juan deserve to get married, so hurry up and end your single life" she said with a big laugh.
After congratulating the party initiator they mingle with the invited guests, slightly mince words and then separate themselves while eating the available dishes.
"Sir, it looks like Mr David is looking at us? Is he free?" clara asked as her eyes pointed towards 12. Juan immediately turned his head, sure enough he saw David was staring at them.
"Ah let it not be seen, the important thing is that he does not interfere. It must have been his parents or Papa who helped him free. Just watch until he does anything with you again, I'll finish it off with my own hands" replied Juan firmly.
"Darling, you don't. I don't want you to kill anyone, lest your future be ruined by such a crime. Think long before you do something, promise me something" said Clara.
"Hmm, I promise," she replied as she gently brushed her lover's hair.
"Clara, let's get engaged" Juan suddenly asked.
"What?" clara was surprised.
"It's been almost a year together, I want to get to a more serious level. Actually I want to marry you but I know you must have refused because you're too young, but if you're just engaged you don't mind, right?" tanyanya seriously.
Clara stared at the handsome man in front of her, remembering their togetherness for almost a year. Never once did this man hurt her, she was always in the joys and sorrows with him. Protect him with all his body soul.
"Yes, I'm ready, honey" said Clara, steady.
"Alhamdulillah, let's tell your parents tomorrow. We ask for his opinion when good our engagement is carried out. I'll also tell mom and dad, I don't know what they'll respond to. For sure we will remain engaged" said Juan can not cover his happiness.
