"Ras," Sasti's voice called out to her.
Laras only smiled slightly seeing the young girl running over to him. Sasti hugged himself as if knowing what had happened.
"Have you met Miss Jihan?" Laras nodded.
"Keep what did Bu Jihan say?"
"I came here to resign, Sasti." replied Laras.
"Well! resign! seriously you, Ras. Don't dong. I don't have any friends if you go out."
"I thank you, Sasti. Your words of time make me reflect. I am married. Time for my husband and son. I want to take the time to Bagas. So far I have neglected because I am a single parent." explained Laras.
"Ras, I'm sorry that I was so presumptuous to call your husband. Because of the pity on Bagas. I realize I've passed your privacy."
Laras tidied up his stuff at his desk. Sasti and Rangga help Laras carry the goods. Baras' stuff wasn't much, and it didn't make the man mind helping him.
Laras greeted one by one his co-workers. Some of them knew rumors about Baras coming from an opposing company.
Baras also heard discordant voices about him. But he doesn't care about it. As long as he's not what he's accused of. Her eyes glanced at her husband.
"Want me to rebuke?" rangga said as if what his wife thought.
"No need, Mas. I want to go home quickly. Bagas' mind is alone at home." replied Laras.
"Bagas there's a wedge, baby."
"A child she needs isn't a housekeeper, Mas. But the attention of us both his parents. At least if you are busy, there are I who have a lot of time for Bagas." replied Laras.
"This is my beloved wife. The old barrel is back." Rangga hugged his wife tightly.
"Ehmmm .. This is the office." Sasti appeared in the middle of their intimacy.
"Yes, I also know this is the office, Sasti. I say yes Sasti. Take good care of yourself. We can still communicate, you can play at home."
"I'm also quitting, Ras. But I haven't written the letter yet. I was threatened with Ms. Jihan for defending you. He wants to fire me. But I immediately threatened back that I would resign first."
"I'm sorry, Sasti. Because of me, you've got the sap."
"No, Race. I want to pursue a new business. I've been training for a month for a masterpiece so I can open a business. I majored in making souvernir." explained Sasti.
"Where do you want training?"
"In Bandung." replied Sasti to a smile.
"I wish you success, Ti." Laras patted Sasti's shoulder.
"Together, Race. I also pray for you and Rangga to be happy."
"I'm saying goodbye, yes, Ti. Bagas is still unhealthy. I can't stay long. You go to the house, yeah."
"Yes, I'll play there this weekend. Kangen is Bagas."
Laras and Sasti hugged each other tightly. Two women who start a friendship on a private campus look at each other closely. The barrel saw Sasti's face had begun to moist, slowly removing it with a tissue. "Don't cry, dong. We can still meet."
"Yeah, baby." Rangga reminded his wife to leave the office immediately.
Rangga and Laras eventually left the offices of PARMALEX Corps. In the car Baras rested his head on the seat. His eyes were staring at the streets still with his bottleneck.
The sky still held on with its brightness. The sparkle of sunlight makes some people choose shelter. The heat of the air was like baking the skin.
......................
"Den Bagas ate, huh? let me take medicine." persuaded Ajeng.
Ajeng can not force if Bagas is not too hungry. He knows kids don't like to be forced. If he is less patient, it will affect his work and of course his salary.
"Bak wants to do something else first. If Bagas wants anything call me."
"Yes, mom. Thank you for making food."
"It's not cooking, Gas. But your mother." Get out of Bagas' room.
Ajeng also did another job. As a domestic assistant, Ajeng is quite skilled at doing homework. The 19-year-old is the niece of Bu Asti, a former domestic assistant at the Pattimura residence.
He knew he had worked there for decades. Even he had already gotten a picture of how his new employer character was. At that moment, he could work well. In order to help the cost of his sister's school which is still in SD.
Ajeng was cleaning the main hall was disturbed when he heard the bell. Signify that a guest is coming. The room is very large size makes Ajeng long looking for a round to the front door.
"The lady is big" Ajeng said as he opened the door.
Raya went inside with her graceful steps. His eyes spread his gaze around him. The atmosphere of the house is very quiet.
"Sleepy kok? Which laras and Rangga?" tanya Raya's.
"Bu Laras and Mr. Rangga are out, Mom. If there is Bagas here." said Ajeng.
Raya is not alone. He came with Mila. Because Mila is still on suspension. So he can be free to go anywhere. Raya went to the residence of Mila and visited Resi, her mother Mila.
"Bagas? why not school, mbak?" ask Mila.
"Den Bagas still has a fever, Ma'am." replied Ajeng.
"Did you see the behavior of Laras? sick boy he's running around. She took her son away from home until Bagas dropped and went to the hospital. Not being a mom!" raya said.
"I know, Auntie. Laras time is still boarding, he also often opor Bagas to good people just like him. Poor Bagas he is often lonely because Laras is busy working. In fact, he often asked others to pick Bagas up to school" Mila said.
"Whataaa! so that's how she treated my granddaughter all this time. The insolent! Ajeeeeeng!" pekik Raya's.
Ajeng again had to postpone his work after hearing the shout of Raya.
"I. yes, big lady."
"Please sort out Bagas' stuff. Let him stay with me." Raya said.
"But madam, don't you wait for Bu Laras and Mr. Rangga first."
"This is my grandson, my grandchildren's time should be with them. They're so busy they forget their kids are home alone."
Some time Mila had been holding Bagas who was still pale.
"Where are we going, Oma?" ask Bagas.
"To Oma's house, son."
"No way, Oma. Wait for your mother and father first."
"Later mbak Ajeng who said the same father and mother Bagas."
"There's a doctor's bude, Gas. Bude who accompanied Bagas at Oma's house."
"No, bude. Bagas wants to be with your father." decline Bagas.
"Bagas doesn't love Bude anymore." Mila acted as if she was crying.
Bagas felt guilty when he saw his doctor cry. Bagas is very sensitive when you see people sad.
"Sorry, bude. Yes Bagas wants to come to Oma's house."
