Kwee Ceng and Oey Yong felt that the decision to leave Yo Ko in Coan Cin was not right. Kwee Ceng wants Yo Ko to stay with them. Oey Yong hesitated, feeling Yo Ko was hiding something, but he complied with his Big Brother Ceng.

Yo Ko's unconcerned but joking style drives away Kwee Hu's boredom at the brothers who always follow him. Yo Ko, Kwee Hu and Bu brothers play horse racing, not unexpectedly Yo Ko horse can beat the red horse Kwee Ceng driven by Kwee Hu. The familiarity of Kwee Hu and Yo Ko makes the Bu brothers envious. Yo Ko teases Kwee Hu who is confused to choose between the Bu brothers. In his heart he considered the Bu brothers foolish, infatuated with arrogant women like Kwee Hu.

From the top of the tree the four of them peeked at Elder Luk who was being taught by Oey Yong the science of the Dog-beating Stick. Oey Yong read the theory to Elder Luk. The brothers Bu and Kwee Hu are sleepy bored, but Yo Ko remembers this theory and connects with the movement that Ang Cit Kong taught (Note: While with Ang Cit Kong, the, Yo Ko was only told to demonstrate the movement, but did not know the theory behind the movement).

When he was about to tell about Ang Cit Kong's death, Oey Yong felt a stomach cramp. Yo Ko helps by channeling the energy in to stabilize her blood flow. Oey Yong is pregnant with his 2nd child.

Talks over who should be the commander of the warriors against the Mongols began. Many had proposed Ang Cit Kong, they were not aware the Northern Beggar was dead. Amidst the debate, the Coan Cin troupe suddenly reported the arrival of a Mongol hotshot.

Prince Ho Tu enters to introduce his teacher, Jinlun Goshi /Judge Roda Mas. Seeing the curvature in his eel, Oey Yong knew the science of Jinlun is very high because he remembered his father's words, if the science of Western Tibetans reaches a high level, if it looks indentation. Ho Tu said his teacher deserved to be the Swordsman Leader.
