Episode 13's

The real blacksmith was Feng Mo Feng, Oey Yok Su's last disciple before Thia Eng. Thia Eng said Oey Yok Su deeply regretted breaking Feng's leg, also missed him. Feng admitted that he rarely used his martial arts, but hearing that his teacher was insulted, he burned crutches (road aids) and his tools. Li Mo Chou laughed, thinking he had gone mad. Feng advanced against the enemy, turning the crutches and tools into smoldering metal which was a powerful weapon against Li's bellies. Although his knowledge is high, but the nature of Feng is not cruel and rarely compete, then he does not win easily. Seeing this Yo Ko is pumping “Li Mo Chou, why do you say Oey Yok Su hina, snatch someone's wife, do you see for yourself?”, and so on, all written by Yo Ko, but those words successfully pumped Feng's attack in anger at his teacher being insulted. Li Mo Chou's bellies burned until he changed the style of the Five Poisons Tread, but by then his clothes had been torn to burn here and there. Feng did not want to continue and Li Mo Chou was embarrassed. Yo Ko threw Thia Eng's robe to cover Li's body. Inside the robe she was still wearing Aunt Lung's clothes, making Thia Eng a little sad. Yo Ko actually said he could defeat Li, no need to Perverted East intervened. He also revealed the theory given by Oey Yok Su to defeat the style of Li Mo Chou. Hearing the plausible revelation that Li Mo Chou thought Yo Ko could actually defeat him, only unwilling to fight back because they were still brothers and sisters. Though, Yo Ko was just bluffing for Li to leave. Although he already knew his theory, he had never practiced it.

The Mongols were ready to go to Siangyang. Feng Mo Feng took Yo Ko forward against the Mongols, but Yo Ko refused, he said the Mongol army was many and great, one person like him was useless, after all he wanted to find his Aunt. (Note: Unlike the patriotic Kwee Ceng, although Yo Ko also dislikes the cruelty of the Mongols slaughtering Song, he currently considers the Song king is not a good person either, he did not want to spend his energy). As they parted ways, Feng wanted to infiltrate the Mongol army to kill as many of their troops as he could.

Sa Kouw was still suffering from recovery fever from the poison tread of Li Mo Chou. In his fever he was raving again, thinking Yo Ko was Yo Kang. He said “So much as eating your bangka.. Aunt has poison, then you die”. Yo Ko uses this to scrape the name of her father's killer. He knew it was a Peach Islander, Sa Kouw called Bibi, thought to be one of Oey Yok Su's students. How surprised he was when Sa Kouw said “Aunti called grandpa ‘ayah'”, meaning the so-called Aunt called Oey Yok Su ‘ayah’. Afraid of being wrong, Yo Ko asks again “suami Aunty is Kwee Ceng?” Said Sa Kouw “Don't know, but Auntie calls her Big Brother Ceng”.  As Yo Ko gets angry and confused, she leaves them all behind, in her mind all the different actions she received all this time were because Oey Yong and Kwee Ceng wanted to cover up their mistake of killing her father.

In the Valley of Desperation, Kongsun Tit tries to make Aunt Lung smile. He knew Aunt Lung loved the beauty of nature and animals. In the room he showed a tree that was left unsealed, so that the birds alighted on its branches. This tactic worked, Aunt Lung smiled happily as a bird perched tamely in her hand. But he again cried remembering when he taught Yo Ko to catch birds in silat training. Kongsun Tit says one way to forget that sadness is to marry someone else. Aunt Lung thought there might be a point; if I got married, Yo Ko could do nothing and would leave me. He did not realize the intention of Kongsun Tit, he innocently said, he would leave the valley to find people who want to marry him.
