(Sissy) Internship Practice

It doesn't feel like 6 months have passed. Sissy is preparing for her Internship at a star-rated Hotel in Bandung.

Sissy was a little upset that this was her second choice hotel. At the 5-star hotel his first choice Sissy failed the interview test. Finally Sissy was offered an interview at this 4-star hotel by her lecturer.

This morning Sissy was ready with her official college uniform and her black pantofel shoes. His hair was also neatly coiled with hairpins that had a harnet.

"We're leaving now ?" asked Mr. Hengky, his companion lecturer, to Sissy and his two friends.

"Ready sir." Sissy immediately got up and got into the campus operational car.

After traveling 30 minutes, they finally arrived at a 4-star hotel located in the dago area.

Sissy with Pipit and Irwan followed Mr. Hengky to the HRD room in the basement.

"You guys sit down first. Let me meet the HRD Manager first" said Hengky.

About 15 minutes later, Hengky came out of the room along with Yena, HRD Manager.

"Good Morning everyone. We will immediately start the interview yes.2 people take F&B Service and 1 person take Housekeeping yes. Later called one by one" said Yena who was answered by nods from the three girls.

"Pipit Nurmala." Call Cindy, Training Manager.

Pipit whose name is called also directly into the interview room.

"What's the old chip, Si ?" irwan whispered.

"I don't know Wan. I became more and more stubborn - deg an nih Wan." said Sissy.

"I am also Si. Smoga was not difficult to interview.

"You guys just calm down. Ms. Yena said earlier that you must have been accepted, just asked for self-data" said Hengky trying to calm his two students.

"Thank God Sir. Smoga is not php sir." joked Irwan.

"Hopefully" said Hengky with a light laugh.

"Oh yes, you go straight away, there is still another business. You go home alone." said Hengky then left them both.

Finally Pipit came out of the room with a relieved face.

"Si, it's your turn" said Pipit.

"Yes Pit. Doain smoothly yes." said Sissy before entering the interview room.

"Please sit down" said Yena. Sissy sat in front of 3 people who would interview her. There's Yena, Mayang and a guy that Sissy believes is the F&B Manager.

"Rissya Kamalia." call the man.

"Yes sir." replied Sissy nervously.

"You're calm" Yena said with a smile.

"Include me Mayang, Training Manager here, This is Ms. Yena, HRD Manager, and this is Mr. Aditya, F&B Manager." Mayang introduced himself and his two colleagues.

"Please introduce yourself" said Adit in a heavy voice.

"My name is Rissya Kamalia but it is commonly called Sissy." Sissy introduced herself in detail.

After a question and answer about his knowledge and interest in F&B Service, Sissy was finally welcome to leave the room.

"Thank you for your time Sissy. Please wait for the results outside." said Bu Mayang representing the others.

"Good Mom, sir, thank you too. Excuse me." Sissy came out of the interview room.

"Where is Si ?" asked Irwan curiously.

Sissy replied, Mayang has already appeared from the door.

"Irwan Pratama" call Mayang.

"You have been called" said Sissy.

"Well.. Though curious." said Irwan disappointed.

"They are friendly and kind. Take it easy." said Pipit who was accompanied by a nod by Sissy.

"Where is Si ?" tanya Pipit after Irwan entered the interview room.

"Current Pit. I think it's acceptable." Sissy looks confident.

"What are you asking ?" ask Pipit again.

"He was just asked about motivation and interest in the F&B Service" Sissy replied.

"I was asked where do I put it ? In a restaurant, Bar or Banquet. You too ?" Pipit asked back.

"No. I wasn't asked about that." Sissy was also confused by the difference.

"I'm so scared, aren't I ?" pipit.

"Fear what ?" Sissy curious.

"You're crazy. Really geeer. Hehe." Sissy smacked Pipit's arm.

"Std.. Shhh.. Dem deh. The man passed by." whispered Pipit.

"Later Bu Mayang and Bu Yena announced it. You guys just wait for it." said Aditya as it passed leaving them.

Finally the door to the interview room opened. A man came out of the room escorted by Mayang. The man smiled at Sissy and Pipit.

"You come in" said Mayang.

Sissy and Pipit went straight into the room and sat down next to Irwan.

"Congratulations. You're all welcome to training here. For the next process, Bu Mayang will take over. Excuse me first. Please Mom." Yena immediately disappeared behind the other door in the interview room.

"OKAY. You will officially train here starting on the 1st of next month. Now I ask you to fill in your data first. Please." Mayang shared the form they needed to fill out.

"After completion you will get the name tag and locker key." continued Mayang.

"Yes ma'am." they answered in unison.

"I'd like to take the name tag and locker key for you first." Mayang came straight out of the room.

"Thank you we all get it" Sissy told friends.

"Yes. But we're different departments" said Irwan.

"I'm the same Pipit also not necessarily in the same place. There's a Shift anyway, right ?" sissy.

"Yes, yes, too. Anyway klo fit together with his shift, guess also eat together ya." proposed Irwan.

"Ready." replied Pipit.

"Okay boss." replied Sissy.

Mayang entered the room along with those who finished filling out the form.

"Rissya." call Mayang.

"Yes ma'am." replied Sissy.

"You entered first in Banquet huh" said Mayang while handing over the name tag and locker key.

"Yes Mom. Sorry, what's the first day, Mom ? Straight to Banquet or here first ?" ask Sissy.

"Let me explain at the end." Mayang smiled at Sissy's question.

"Slim." Call Mayang.

"Yes Ma'am." replied Pipit.

"You started at Silky's restaurant" said Mayang handing the name tag to Pipit.

"Mom, I don't have a locker ?" tanya Pipit's.

"You locker with Sissy" replied Mayang.

"Yes, Mom." Pipit nodded.

"Last Irwan. You start in the room." Mayang immediately handed the name tag and locker key to Irwan.

"Thank you" said Irwan.

"The 1st you gather here first. In addition to you there will also be friends from campus and other SMK. It will be directed directly by the seniors of each of your places of duty. Understand everything." Mayang.

"Understanding Ma'am." they answered in unison.

"Once you have a problem or obstacle, please directly contact HRD or me. Don't forget to read about the dress rules." continued Mayang.

"Yes" answered them.

"And one more. Do not let the locker key disappear. It has to be returned when you get out of here" Mayang said.

" Yes ma'am." After that they were allowed to go home.

"You got Pit ?" ask Sissy.

"Yes. Arik was waiting in front." replied Pipit.

"Si, you sent me to college first huh. My motorcycle's there. Later I will take you to kosan" said Irwan.

"Okay ready." replied Sissy.

They also split up in front of the hotel. Pipit was picked up by his girlfriend. While Irwan both angkot with Sissy to pick up his motorcycle that was left on campus.
