Chapter 39. Don't be sad, Queen.
After a long chat, Akhtar pamit. Although Daddy has not said he will agree to marry the Queen immediately, Akhtar will not give up. Tomorrow he will come back and ask for his blessing again.
Akhtar did not want to for long, he had been convinced to marry the Queen. Whatever he will face to get his blessing, because Akhtar is sure the Queen also loves him.
Daddy Azril went into the Queen's room. Her daughter's queen had fallen asleep in her mother's arms. Azril looked from the corner of the Queen's eyes still remaining tears.
"Did my queen cry" said Azril. He climbed on the bed and rubbed his daughter's hair.
"Yes, Mas. The queen felt guilty for lying to Mas. He feared Mas was angry and forbade him from reconnecting with Akhtar."
"It seems that the Queen has fallen in love with the man" Azril said.
"What makes Mas hesitate to approve their marriage."
"No, I know Akhtar is a good man and can compensate for my daughter's spoiled attitude."
"Keep, why would Mas not allow Akhtar to marry the Queen immediately."
"I just want to test how much he loves my Queen. Does he still want to marry my daughter even if I'm against him."
