Qais And Lila

Game's starting....

First day of betting...

Lila was relaxing in the front hallway of class reading a book when Deviana came and brought her a drink

"Here, drink first" said Deviana as she offered a bottle of cold drink

"Thank you, yes" Lila said with a smile

Deviana sat down next to Lila and watched her best friend

"La!" call him

"What are you doing anyway?" ask Deviana

"Why did you see me again, Dev?" Lila asked back

"Yes, I know you're learning. But you are not tired of learning. In class, after study break, later work study again. Don't you have a headache about your brain?" deviana

"Well, what else. People also learn it like gini. If at home mah mana had time" answered Lila while still busy reading the textbook

Lila works part-time at a food store. Every time he went home from school he would start work and go home almost midnight. So there was hardly any time for him to study at home

"Eh, La, listen to him say our school wants to have a picnic year-end out of town. You wanna come?" ask Deviana. Lila shook her head

"No, Dev. I have no interest in taking part in such an event. Besides, where's the money to pay for it?" lila is still focused on her book. Deviana was silent at Lila's words. He then watched Lila's book

"Hi!" someone's voice was bothering them

Lila and Deviana looked up to see who was greeting them. In front of them stood a young man, athletic in height with yellow skin and a handsome face that had a sweet smile on his lips.

It's Qais!

Lila looked at the young man fixedly, as if displeased and troubled by his presence

"Hi!" he said again, maybe he felt Lila did not hear his greeting earlier

"You're Lila, right?" qais then extended her hand

"I'm Qais" he said, trying to get Lila acquainted

Lila just stared at Qais face deeply without saying anything. While Qais was still waiting for Lila to return his hand

But suddenly Lila stood up and passed away without a word. Leaving Qais and Deviana still fixated because of confusion with his attitude

Deviana regained consciousness and started chasing after Lila, shouting her name

Qais stood alone still in confusion

Suddenly someone patted him on the shoulder from behind and surprised him

"Would it work?" continued

Qais turned towards Fadil. Behind him were his other friends. They all looked at Qais full of question marks

Qais looked at them all one by one, then by trying as quietly as possible, he replied

"Why should you hurry? It's only been a day. What would it be like if I could just get him? Aye right?" qais said

"Quiet down. I can definitely make him fall in love with me before the betting deadline" Qais said confidently

Meanwhile.....

Deviana tries to chase after Lila who left because she was annoyed with Qais. When Lila stopped, Deviana approached her

"Came on!" call him

"You why the hell? How did you suddenly go? Make people confused." Deviana protested

"When that was Qais want to make sure you are acquaintances. But you ran away." he continued

Lila did not answer a word

"La! You hear me not talking?" deviana

"I'm horrified." replied Lila

"I don't hate him" replied Lila

"Then?" ask Deviana again

"I just don't like rich people who are pretentious and use their wealth arbitrarily" said Lila

"But Qais isn't it, La" said Deviana trying to persuade Lila

"After all, I felt like he was being nice to you. He just wants to meet, right? What harm?"

Lila did not answer Deviana's words

"La, stop punishing everyone for the mistakes of one person in the past. Not all rich people are the same, La" explained Deviana

Lila was silent at Deviana's words
