Arkan chased his wife who had entered the room. Turns out the assumption was wrong, Ciara found out when she and Jihan entered the meatball stall.

Somehow Arkan felt he was caught cheating, even though he did not do that. Still lying to his wife is tantamount to him being unfaithful, as the fact is that Arkan met Jihan behind Ciara, despite his heart's intention to help the woman.
