Everything is ready. Lexa's inpatient room has been conjured into a birthday party room. Before doing this Bram had asked permission to the hospital first. And fortunately the hospital allowed him with a note if it was finished it had to be cleaned.

"Looks like Lexa slept really well Bram." Ayu said as she stared at Lexa who was sleeping on her side.

Bram nodded. "Yes Ma. Maybe he was tired of being too excited."

Ayu smiled hearing Bram's words just now. "Yes, you're right Bram. Lexa was too excited to wait 12 p.m. But now it's sleeping." With a smile Ayu said it. Feeling anxious about his daughter's behavior. And Bram too. Bram feels lucky to have earned the heart of a woman like Lexa.

"Live five more minutes." Ayu said while staring at the wall clock in the room.

Bram nodded. "Yes ma. In a minute."

"Mama will prepare her birthday cake. You're the one who's getting her birthday hat ready."

Then they do what is their duty.

"Don't come. Please, you don't come Justin. I beg you to stop Justin from coming here Lord. Let me take care of Lexa a little longer, God. Lexa is the only person I have. Put Lexa on me. I'll take care of her as best I can." Ayu said in her heart. Prayers and supplications in his heart he constantly said.

The clock has shown twelve o'clock at night. Ayu and Bram are ready with their respective duties.

Ayu holds a birthday cake while Bram holds a hat and a birthday trumpet.

"Happy birthday Lexa Ardola!" Bram and Ayu.

Bram smiled too. Today is a day of happiness that Bram will never forget.

"Eits, we're singing a birthday song now." Said Ayu who almost forgot something.

"Oh yes. Let's sing a happy birthday song."

They sang a happy birthday song together. The cheerful face was clearly engraved from Lexa's face. Likewise with the face of Ayu who looks very happy.

Today is Lexa's 18th birthday. Lexa never thought her birthday would be celebrated. He was still in the hospital.

"It's time to blow out the candles." Ayu said by bringing the birthday cake closer to Lexa's face."

Lexa nodded immediately. His hands were directly adjacent to each other. His two eyes closed.

"First please meet me with my mother and my biological father. The second one I beg to make Bram my soul mate. And the third I want Mama and Bram to stay with me forever." The ink in the heart.

After saying a prayer in her heart, Lexa opened her eyes and blew out the candles on her birthday cake.

Although it was only celebrated three but this was enough for Lexa. No need for luxury. No need for many. Simply attending and celebrating with loved ones is more than enough.

Then her birthday cake immediately put Ayu on the small table on the bed of her daughter.

"It's time for the cake to be cut." In the spirit of four-five Lexa directly cut the cake and he put it on a small plate.

"And this second one's for Bram." Lexa said as she pushed the birthday cake towards Bram. Bram gladly accepted it. "Thank you for being patient with my stubbornness. May we be together forever until grandparents."

With a fit of anxiety Bram instantly scrambled the top of Lexa's head of hair. "It must be Lexa. We'll be together forever."

Then they ate each other's birthday cakes. Happiness was clearly felt in this room.

But a steady step from the hospital hallway made everyone who was still there immediately look at the figure of the sturdy man. The tattoo seen on his hand made the person there instantly goosebumps in fear.

"Isn't that Justin Atkinson? Justin the Chairman of the Italian Mafia. "
