Ray's sad situation makes Zayn realize that Ray loves Tisha and her unborn child.

The three of them went into Zayn's room. It was a shock when Farhan saw a woman lying on a bed, with an infusion tube, bandages on her head and hands.

Farhan was even more shocked when he looked at the girl's face up close. "Astagfirullah the azim thing!! Zayn. what is this.." Farhan gaped out of words, he saw Tisha whom he had just witnessed his funeral.

"It's true sister, she really is Tisha." replied Zayn briefly, the man sighed.

"O Allah Zayn! what exactly is going on? I have a lot of questions in my head right now Zayn?!" Farhan holds his head, not believing that Tisha is alive.

What the hell is going on? Farhan was shocked and confused

"Yes brother, I'll explain everything to brother. But before that I will ask the condition of Tisha to the doctor Wulan first" Zayn glanced at the doctor Wulan, hinting that the doctor explained Tisha's condition.
