Part 08's

Upon arriving at Rumpelstiltskin's palace, Carla and Prince Aiden are welcomed by Aiv's aunt, due to the king's orders. Prince Aiden and Carla are injured.

They went into the discussion room and many were asked questions or interrogations by the king and queen. Afterwards, Prince Aiden returned to the Corvus palace and Carla was currently sitting at her desk staring out the window which directly led to the lake and the forest.

"Prince Aiden didn't tell me what the agreement was between the king and him. Of course the deal was agreed by the kingdom of Rumpelstiltskin and Corvus. Let me ask the king" Carla

Carla exits her room and walks to the throne room of Queen Ellena and King Vincent. Up there, he bowed and saluted the king and queen.

"What's up until you come here Princess Carla?" King Vincent

"I want to ask you one thing" Carla

"Whatis that? Say it.." Queen Ellena

"What agreement did Rumpelstiltskin and Corvus agree to when Prince Aiden left with me?" Carla

"Something very hard to make into a covenant. Even he's taking too high a risk" King Vincent

"What is a king?" Carla

"He said, every blood you shed he'll replace it. Comparable, blood with blood, life with life and wound with wound. That's what he said" King Vincent

"No way!" Carla

"Why? That's what she said princess" Queen Ellena

"No... is it possible that the Maverick King will torture him? Or make a wound in Prince Aiden's hand? Just like me?" Carla and Queen Ellena replied with a nod.

Carla turned around, and walked quickly towards the exit of the throne room. But, his steps stopped with the words of the queen.

"The princess could not save the prince who had already made the pact. He's taken it all" Queen Ellena

Carla continued on her way not hearing what Queen Ellena had said earlier.

"He's stubborn, just like you" Queen Ellena

"We'll see what our daughter did to Prince Aiden that she thinks is annoying" King Vincent

Carla told the guards to get the horses ready in front of the palace gate as soon as possible. He even galloped as he exited the entrance gate.

"I was upset defending the prince, but he was injured just to bear my wounds. Although it looks only scratches but it is done intentionally. To me, that includes torture. ahh. Why are there so many gates!" groused Carla.

When he reached the main gate, he immediately set his foot on the horse and directly spurred it on.

Carla had already made it into Corvus' palace. He ran after asking where the Maverick King's throne room was. Yes, even though he already knows where the room is actually a panic that makes him unable to think.

While opening the throne gate, Carla ran over and bowed before Prince Aiden as the king had already pointed his sword to prepare for punishment.

"Don't the king!!" carla shouted as she pleaded and lowered her head

"Princess Carla?" Maverick King is confused

"Don't the king, please don't do that to Prince Aiden. I'm not the one who's wrong" Carla

"But princess, he's already made a promise" Maverick King

"I beg you not to be king." said Carla quietly.

The Maverick King drew his sword away and retreated 3 steps from before Carla and Prince Aiden.

Carla looked up and looked at the Maverick King before her. Then salute him.

"Sorry to enter your throne room, the glorious Maverick King of the kingdom of Corvus. There's something I want to be clear about why I'm doing this" Carla

"Explain Princess Carla, I'll hear her" Maverick King

"But Prince Aiden said it was his fault" Maverick King

"But I didn't do it Prince Aiden, don't trust him king" Carla

Prince Aiden smiled behind Carla who was defending him.

"Princess Carla, or it's either Prince Aiden or Princess Carla's fault. He had promised and he couldn't break it after all the would-be king traveling with the future queen couldn't let his future queen get hurt" King Maverick.

"Can I ask for power over the rights of a princess, Maverick King?" Carla

"Is that princess Carla?" Maverick King

"On behalf of Ariel Carla Nataline Alexandrine Rumpelstiltskin of the Rumpelstiltskin kingdom I appeal to King Chris Jonathan Maverick Ventee Max Corvus of the Corvus kingdom not to punish Prince Zachary Aiden Gideon Maverick Corvus." carla said smoothly and firmly

Prince Aiden turned to Carla and the Maverick King smiled.

"Well, you're the one who abolished Prince Aiden's sentence. Now you're free" Maverick King

"Thank you king" Carla walked out of the throne room after paying homage to the Maverick King.

Prince Aiden followed him and stood in front of Carla.

"Why save me?" Aiden

"Is it wrong to save a friend?" Carla

"No! It's just a shock to find out you saved me" Aiden

"Don't be too proud, I did this because I wanted to help you" Carla

"I understand, but. Princess Serena who was kind to everyone did not try like that to save the prince who accompanied her" Aiden

"Different, me and Princess Serena are different" Carla

"All right, thanks again. I hope your wounds heal quickly" Aiden

"I did too, I left first" Carla left after paying her respects to Prince Aiden.

He rode his horse back to Rumpelstiltskin's palace. After arriving at the palace, he sat down at the entrance gate. Overwhelmed, Prince Harris came and squatted in front of Carla.

"A good fight, even too bold to be carried out by a royal princess. My brother's brave" Harris

"Oh come on. All the princesses are brave! Don't praise me!" Carla

"Just think, what is the security of the kingdom of Corvus? You remember the first time we went in there we were followed by bodyguards even we were checked" Prince Harris

"Because they didn't know that we were princesses and princes of the Rumpelstiltskin kingdom" Carla

"What about Prince Lynx? Who is the news of his birth is known to the whole kingdom? Was he treated special? Nah! He was treated the same at the time. But, did when you entered the same treatment still happen? I don't think so" Prince Harris

"It's just my lucky day Prince Harris" Carla

"It's not your lucky day Princess Carla. However, the entire kingdom of Corvus and Rumpelstiltskin already know you are the future king and queen. "Here you are, brother, I am tired of not giving me too convoluted an explanation. I want to sleep" Carla stood up and walked towards her room

Prince Harris smiled at his brother's behavior.

"You are indeed fit to be king and queen" Prince Harris.
