Because right now the show is a regular meeting of the royal members themselves, so at this time all are gathering on the throne of the king and queen.

"Then answer first" King Vincent
"Is that dad?" Carla

"I don't know" Carla
"really? You don't know?" prince Harris asked and was answered with a definite nod by Carla.

When she entered the room and sat on the lip of the bed, Carla opened her letter and read it.
