Isma's journey was silent. He is not as usual that a lot of talk, always cheerful and nosy to disturb Bimo who is driving a car.
"Is, you got a problem?"
Just a slow nod from Isma. Bimo was actually curious, he saw the paper bag that Isma had been holding since.
"That's what?" Bimo asked at the end while pointing the paper bag on Isma's lap.
A moment Isma looked at the paper bag, then turned to Bimo. "Not knowing either. Haven't seen it yet." Answer doubtful.
"From Boss?"
"Mmh.." move the paper bag to the back seat. "Bos forgot to give Amanda a word, maybe." Reciprocity.
Bimo nodded slowly. There was a spasm in Isma's answer. Looks like that paper bag wasn't for Amanda. But, the Boss gave it special to him. 'I have long liked you Isma. I'm more qualified to be your husband. But, it seems that your heart chose that non-Muslim man.' Say it in the heart.
While Bimo was fighting with jealousy in his heart. In a two-story house, a husband and wife were sitting relaxing in the afternoon air sitting on a poolside chair.
"How long is Isma in Bogor?" Arya asked her wife.
"Three days he said, Mas. Why?"
"There's some questions for him." Brewing his hot coffee.
"About what?" Ask Fitri curious.
Arya turned to Fitri's unchanged stomach, her hand touching it. "Papa's son how are you? Healthy always yes, dear." He said in a spoiled voice.
Fitri smiled happily getting such treatment from Arya. "Ready Papa. I'll stay healthy, so Mama's healthy." Fitri replies to imitate the voices of children.
Then both smiled happily. Arya gives a friendly kiss on Fitri's forehead. This is Fitri's second pregnancy since she miscarried two years ago. Their marriage age is the fifth year. If they did not miscarry, they would have had two children.
"Mas hasn't answered my question. What do you want to talk to Isma?" Repeated Fitri who was still waiting for answers from Arya.
"Mmh. Yeah, just about work."
"Lying.." Putting on an annoyed face, because Arya was unwilling to tell him.
"A few days ago, I accidentally met Bang Dede at a restaurant during a meeting" he said. "Bang Dede apparently worked at the same company as Isma."
Fitri listened carefully, he began to guess the direction of the conversation. 'Don't Mas Arya already know that the boss of Isma non-Muslim' guessed it in his heart.
"It turns out the owner of the company, a non-Muslim."
Fitri simply nodded, her guess right. "Then…?"
"Mas was worried, If Abah knew. Isma would be dragged back to Bandung."
"But as long as Abah doesn't know, everything will be fine, right Mas?"
Arya shook her head slowly. "grandfather, grandmother, Pakde and his family, Teh Intan. they all died because of cruel slander from them." His words are crowded.
"Mas is still very clear considering the incident, even though Mas is only five years old. Mas saw for themselves when they dragged grandparents and then they tied us all up in front of the house, then... then with a slanderous cheering those who said we were not**** just because of Grandma, then, umi and bude veiled, they threw fire at us in a row."
Arya recounted those painful, frightening memories while tearful. Fitri tightly embraced her husband. Trying to calm the fear that now looms over her husband.
"Mas enough. Stop it, enough. All that has passed. Now everything's fine." Patting her husband's back.
"What if Isma's boss did the same to Isma?"
"No, mas. Isma's been working for over two years, her boss never treated Isma badly." Fitri.
"That's because he still needs Isma's intelligence. What if someone suddenly slandered Isma. then... then... they will.." He said stammeredly imagining the incident 30 years ago.
"Mas. mas.. istighfar, istighfar." Trying to find Arya.
During the marriage, this is the fourth time Isma saw the condition of Arya's soul shaken due to the frightening and terrible trauma. As a psychologist, Fitri continued to try to heal her husband from the trauma.
However, when Arya like this, Fitri can only hold her husband's body tightly and join in crying together. 'Baby, hope you're okay in there, baby.' Batin Fitri worries about the condition of the content that has just entered the tenth week.
