Price of a Daster
Chapter 2 The In-Law

At noon, her mother-in-law came as Apandi said last night. He came to his son's house if he would take the monthly money that Apandi always set aside from his salary. Actually Amanda does not matter if her husband always gave money to her mother-in-law. However, sometimes Amanda felt unfair because she was only given 50 thousand for her daily rations.

Every time he visited his son's house, there was always something commented by Ms. Sopiah, Apandi's mother. Whether it's about his two fussy children, whether it's about his house that looks messy. Even about Amanda's appearance, she doesn't hesitate to comment. Like today, Ms. Sopiah doesn't seem to like seeing Amanda.

"Manda, you're the prosecutor's wife! His clothing life is just this negligent, look at his wife Mr. Mantri Amir! Although it is old but always fashionable, following the trend of the present," said Bu Sopiah.

Amanda just smiled in response to her mother-in-law's talk, not even a little she wanted to refute it. "Yes, Mom!" sahut Amanda's.

"Mother's neighbors are also young like you, she has toddlers but always look fashionable, plus she also has her own income unlike you who only rely on husband's salary money. Try to learn to sell what cakes if you make money. Don't rely on the husband constantly," the cerocos of Bu Sopiah is like a train that doesn't know the brakes when it's running.

"You want to work like you used to, Mom! But said Mas Pandi, no one takes care of the child." Amanda felt dizzy that her mother-in-law had come to visit her home. His mouth always can't be brake.

"Yes, that's why you have a side business if you can while caring for children" said Mrs Sopiah.

"Yes, Mom! Later Manda talked to Mas Pandi," said Amanda resigned to what was said by her in-laws.

"If you keep looking like this, don't blame my son for being double!" ketus Bu Sopiah's.

Degh's!

Amanda's heart suddenly beat faster than usual. Why did her in-laws suddenly talk like that, was it possible that her husband indeed already had another in his heart.

"Mom, why talk like that? Did you know that Mas Pandi has a stash?" ask Amanda in shock.

"Well, how do you know! I said I wish," said Miss Sopiah.

Shortly after, Kia came home to play with her neighbor's child, she looked happy when she saw her grandmother.

"Grandma, when is it coming?" kia asked and kissed her grandmother's back.

"Geez Kia, why so close? What your mother can not take care of the child properly until you become thin as if not taken care of," cerocos Bu Sopiah while flipping Kia's body.

Jesus Mother! What is so close? If thin is indeed because Kia hard to eat, inner Amanda.

Amanda could again only dodge the words of her in-laws in her heart, she never dared to dispute what either her mother-in-law or her husband said.

"Oh, yes, Mother! Mas Pandi nitip the money, he said to Dimas' lecture." Amanda immediately switched the conversation, because usually if you have earned money, her in-laws must go home immediately.

When Amanda was working, her in-laws were kind to Amanda. Never spoke to offend him, but since quitting his job because of having children, his parents-in-law sometimes talk never thought of it first.

"Oh! How much does Pandi leave for Mom," Ms. Sopiah began to lower her tone when she heard the word money.

"Two million, Mom! I'll get it first!" amanda said as she went into her room.

"Why so little, Manda? That's enough money to pay Dimas for college, and then for his mother, where?" ask Ms. Sopiah who followed Amanda to her room.

"Astagfireullah! Mom just surprised me! I'll wait while looking after Kia, Azka is sleeping, Mom! Afraid of being disturbed by the noise, "the reason Amanda when she saw her in-laws would follow her into the room.

While in other places, Apandi invited his coworkers to buy stationery for office needs as they ate lunch at a Mall in the city's largest.

After getting what was needed, they decided to have lunch at the Solaria restaurant not far from the bookstore where they had been shopping.

Apandi and his friend Roni had ordered food, until two beautiful girls came to him. They were seen wearing work uniforms with half-thigh span skirts and slim fit clothes that showed the curves of the two beautiful girls' bodies.

"Old time, Mom?" ask Siska to Roni who became her boyfriend, "oh, yes know this is my friend Citra," he continued.

Apandi also shook hands with Citra because with Siska he already knew her.

"Apandi!"

"Partner!"

Beautiful girl too, her body is wow. If I were a mistress, would he not? inner Apandi

Apandi continued to stare at Citra, as if she had fallen in love at first sight with a beauty product SPG at the Mall.

Their conversation continued so warm that the two exchanged mobile numbers.

After finishing his lunch, Apandi and his friend returned to the office to continue his work.

"What kind of a picture, Mas? Beautiful right?" ask Roni.

"Yes, she's beautiful! His face and body were also well-groomed!" apandi replied with a deep smile.

Days passed, now that Amanda was clean and neat to welcome her husband, she deliberately bought vegetables and side dishes from the rice stall because her son was fussy so he did not have time to cook.

Apandi came home with a crumpled face, like he was having trouble in his office. He only looked at Amanda at a glance when his wife welcomed his return.

While she was at the table, her frustration peaked as Amanda forgot to buy crackers for her husband's dining companion, plus the taste of her cooking was different to what she used to eat.

"Where are your crackers? This again doesn't taste good like this? You are all day just at home do not have time to cook until you have to buy into a rice stall," Apandi murmur.

"Sorry, Mom! Azka was fussy wanted to be carried on, she cried if I took her to the kitchen she said afraid," said Amanda who was still holding her youngest child.

"The reason is you! Just tell me you don't want to prepare food for me! I'm surprised at you, take care of the body can not, cook also lazy, what do you do during my work? Mas workmates in the office are all smart to take care of the body, unlike you who are getting closer and closer. Dressing is just that too. Don't you have any other clothes besides negligee?" Apandi is like a complex mother who speaks nyerocos forget ngrem.

It's always like that, comparing me to my coworkers. They can go to the salon because they are given money for treatment from her husband. That again, why was Azka afraid when I took her to the kitchen? Maybe tomorrow I should ask for help with Mr. Ustadz, Amanda's inner self.
