Poison Or Honey?

Poison Or Honey?
Chapter 20

"Sandra, aren't you having breakfast?". Retno asked when she saw Sandra in a hurry to put on her shoes.

"No, Ma. If I have breakfast, I'll be late". Sandra replied without looking at Retno.

"When did you start as a fixed caddy?". Ask Retno again.

"Today is the decision, ma'am. That's why I can't be late for the country club."

Sandra stood up and patted her hands on the black jeans wrapped in her legs. "Sandra go first, Mom. Pray for Sandra!". Said Sandra while kissing both cheeks Retno.

"Sandra go first, sir!". Pamit Sandra on Dimas who just came out of the bathroom.

Not wasting a long time, Sandra immediately left her yard. He ran small when he saw the watch curled in his hand.

"Acchish.. I could have gotten up late!". Sandra grumbled as she ran towards a public transport stop waiting for passengers.

While at home, Dimas who was dressed just sat in the dining room. He sipped a cup of warm black coffee that has been made by Retno.

"Hopefully Sandra had the luck of working as a Caddy". Dimas broke the silence.

"What do you mean, Mom?". Retno asked with a confused face.

"Yes.. You know that golf can only be done by rich people, businessmen, elite people!". Answer Dimas.

"Why should?". Ask Retno again.

"Who knows if anyone likes our daughter. Durian can collapse this family. You're not thinking that way, Retno?". Said Dimas relaxed while biting a tofu in the mouth.

Retno shook her head. "Mas... You're his father. Aren't you worried about your daughter?".

"Care? Why should I worry?". Tanya Dimas doesn't understand.

"Sandra's work environment is vulnerable, Mas! I'm angry with Mom for letting Sandra work as a caddy, Mom says I sold my son!"

"Was.. Your mother always exaggerated! Who sold the kids? Sandra herself is the one who suddenly proposed to be a caddy? We both don't even know!". Struggling Dimas.

"Yes I know that, Mom. But did you as his father think, our daughter should be in college. Not working hard like this.". Retno said sad to remember Sandra who had to do any work after she graduated from school until now.

"Then you want me how? I don't have the ability to give it up. Money from where! That's why I told you earlier, I hope Sandra gets a rich guy at her current job. You just pray". Dimas relaxed as if there were no burdens.

Retno stared for a moment at her husband and decided to leave Dimas in the dining room alone. Really arguing with her husband will never get any solution but just leave feeling upset.

...๐ŸŒป๐ŸŒป๐ŸŒป...

Satya who had just walked into her office immediately put her briefcase on the sofa. He then stepped into a large window that showed a beautiful view of the metropolitan city in the morning.

Satya then pulled out a cell phone from inside her suit pocket. He dialed a number. Several times the connection was heard until finally connected.

"Please send me the golf caddy data on behalf of Sandra Aruni right now. And remember this is a secret. Don't tell anyone including my father.".Satya gave orders to someone.

Without waiting for an answer, Satya disconnected her phone and stepped towards her desk. He stretched his hands to the side while taking a deep breath.

"Aaaah... Let's start scavenging for diamonds!" Said Satya on her own.

But not 5 minutes passed, Satya raised his head when he saw the door of the work room open just like that. He pressed his two temples when he saw the arrival of an unexpected woman who stepped in with a gurgle.

"Why am I waiting for a woman who's still asleep?". Satya. "What are you doing here, Nadya?".

Nadya stepped closer around Satya's desk. He then pushed Satya's seat and quickly sat himself on the man's lap.

"It's office. Keep attitude". Said Satya raised Nadya to stand back up immediately.

Satya then leaned on her chair while facing her chest looking at Nadya's appearance from head to toe. "Where are you going?".

"I've got a show with my college friends, Beb. Maybe after that as usual... Shopping hehehehe" Nadya chuckled softly.

"Then what are you here for?" Ask Satya again even though he already knows Nadya.

"Beeeeeeebbbbbb" Nadya wiggles Satya's arm spoiled. "Don't pretend you don't know!". Said Nadya while grunting spoiled.

Satya looked at Nadya for a long time with a face that was difficult to understand. He opened a small drawer and took a check. Satya put her signature on the check and gave it to Nadya.

"You fill it up yourself and go now. My job is so much". Satya.

Nadya receives the check and kisses Satya's cheek quickly. "Thank you, Beb! I'll let you know!". Nadya then immediately left the workroom Satya with joy.

After Nadya's departure, Satya leaned her body against the chair. His mind ran on a lot of things. His head is full of many complicated things that bombard each other so it feels able to blow his brain.

Satya let out her breath. He then stared at a photo in a small frame in an inverted position. Satya deliberately reversed the picture frame. Seen her laughter that once radiated happily.

"Haha.. I was once a fool". Satya Gumam.

Satya smiled obliquely staring at the photo and then he turned back the frame until there was no visible photo behind it. Satya sighed softly. He tapped his pen on the table and thought of something.

"It's not my fault, is it?". Satya asked muttered to herself.
