Patience of Elisha

Chapter 2

This morning as usual Elisha had helped his mother clean the house before going to school. His mother was busy in the kitchen making snacks that Elisha would bring. Elisha used to sell while walking towards the school, if it had not run out Elisha sold to his friends.

Elisha looked very tired from yesterday's rain, but he had to go to school. Elisha was a pretty smart kid. She was ranked 1st in her school. Although she was busy helping her mother, Elisha never forgot to take the time to study.

Elisha always brought his textbooks when selling, so when there was a chance Elisha opened the material taught by his teacher under the tree where he took a break selling around.

Elisha seemed to rush his feet towards the school. Elisha did not want to be late for school.

"Hmmm, I'm going to be late today!" elisha was worried.

"Now, I bought the cake!" suddenly a mother wanted to buy her cake.

"Yes ma'am" Elisha ran towards a mother with a happy face.

It turned out that the mother's neighbor also bought, Elisha served them and the snacks ran out. Elisha then realized that he was late for school.

"Huhhhh, I'll be late." Elisha ran to his school.

It turned out to be true when Elisha arrived at his school with a breath of gasping for a run, but the school fence was already closed. Elisha looked lethargic, confused. He stood in front of the school fence, the school guard came to Elisha.

"Elisa, why are you so late, son? your friend has been studying." The school guard stared at Elisha.

"Sorry sir, Elisha has to sell first." Elisha looked sadly.

"Yes, come in, son." The security guard opened the fence and let Elisha in. The school guard knew Elisha very well because Elisha was a very diligent student.

Elisa left her purse at the guard post. Then Elisha ran to his class. Elisha's heart beat very fast, afraid to be scolded by his teacher's mother.

Tok tok tok (Relatedly Elisha knocked on the classroom door)

The footsteps of the teacher's mother's teaching shoes were heard and she walked towards the door, and saw Elisha standing at the door.

"Sheel!" The teacher was surprised to see Elisha late.

"Sorry mom, Elisha....!" Elisha fell down trembling.

"Get in, and stand in front!" The teacher's mother with a sharp gaze pointed towards the side of the teacher's desk.

"Elisa, stand you!" the teacher's orders with a sharp look.

"15 minutes you're late Elisha, you're smart. But, you are undisciplined!" the teacher snapped at Elisha.

Elisha bowed, afraid to look at the face of his teacher. Elisha felt guilty for being late today.

"Stand up and lift 1 foot. Then, pull both your ears with your hands!" said the teacher with a look of anger.

Elisha stared for a moment at the teacher's mother's face.

"Loh, do not look at mom. You're fighting the teacher's mother?" the teacher was getting angry to see it.

"No ma'am!" Elisha lowered his head and trembled even more, his tears as if he wanted to rebel from the beads of his eyes. But, in her heart the little girl kept trying hard and did not want to cry.

Elisha carried out the command of his teacher's mother, standing in front of his friends. Elisha was very embarrassed this time getting a punishment for being undisciplined. Elisha knew his teacher's mother was very disciplined and would punish if there were students who were late.

"Haha!" Elisha's friends laughed happily to see Elisha punished. They whispered to each other with a friend who was talking about Elisha because of the punishment.

"Look at that, the shoes are already ugly huh. hahaha...!" sukma mocked Elisha. She did hate Elisha so much, the reason being that she did not deserve to go to school was the same as him. Elisha was ranked 1st, making Sukma even more envious of him.

"Hahahaha, the clothes are clay, uglykkkk." Dion. Dion fat body likes to eat, he likes to take his snacks Elisha and does not want to pay.

"Hahahahaha, rasain you are Elisha!" His friends laughed more.

"It's a teacher's mother's punishment for a child who doesn't obey the rules, okay?"

"Yes mom!" Answer them simultaneously.

The teacher continued the lesson. Once Maya's mother teacher looked at Elisha. The children seriously do the exercises given by the teacher.

Nanda and steadfastly looked towards Elisha. They were both good friends of Elisha. Hardcore comes from a rich family, but her heart is kind. Nanda is also the same as rigid. Nanda and Hard looked as though he had seen his best friend.

Stare and give a thumbs up with a smile. Elisha Reply to a smile. Nanda was sad, not because Elisha was punished. But because of the insults of his friends.

The doorbell reads

"Children get the job together and then you get some rest!"

"Horeeeeeee!" Answer them simultaneously and then move out of class.

"Elisa, you can rest. Don't repeat tomorrow!"

"Yes ma'am." Elisha kissed his teacher's mother's hand, and Elisha felt guilty for being late today.

"Hey man, my spirit is with you." Tegar invites his best friend tos.

"Yes our best friend must be spirit." Nanda embraced them both. The three of them walked hand in hand while laughing. Elisha had forgotten his pain and punishment from the teacher's mother. Elisha was lucky to have a best friend.

They were joking in the school garden, Elisha had forgotten the taunts from his friends. But Elisha felt so guilty that it was too late.

"Why are you so late Elisha?" tanya is curious while playing marbles.

"It's okay." Elisha smiled innocently covering the burden of his life, Elisha sat down to see his best friend playing marbles.

"Are you up late?" nanda sat down beside Elisha.

Elisha shook his head. Then take the rubber in his shabby bag and signal his best friend to invite him to play together. They also seemed fun to play, so Elisha never remembered the bad things that always happened to him. Such a small girl always looks cheerful to her friends and best friends.

The clock is over, they go back to class to continue the lesson. After the study hours are over, all students return to their homes.

"Elisa, go to my house yuk!" taking Nanda to Elisha, Nanda embraced Elisha's shoulder as she walked along the side leaving the classroom.

"Yes Elisha, let me go to Nanda's house and play together." Hard-talking happy.

"I can't, I have to help you." Elisha smiled innocently.

"Well." yeah." The lethargic faces of his two best friends.

When they arrive at the school, Nanda picks up her mini-bike. Tegar was picked up by his father.

"Elisa, Nanda I'm ahead." Tegar waved his hand and walked towards his father's car. Elisha and Nanda replied by waving their hands.

"Let me drive home!" invite Nanda to gently pull Elisha's hand.

"No need Nan, I'm on foot." Elisha refused with a genuine smile.

"Yes, I was first. Aya.....!" Nanda got on his bike.

Elisha walked to his house, though the sun was very hot. Elisha remained in the spirit of walking, the distance of school and home is not too far away.
