"Cancel that engagement or I'll take Viona away overseas, forever and never come back so Grandpa never meets her again!!"

Hilman's grandfather hastily kept the phone away from his ear after hearing threats from his first grandson, Lucas. Looks like Viona told her about the engagement to her eldest sister.

Kevin opened the bandage that wrapped the wound on his face and sighed. The wound on his face was worse than he had imagined.

There is an elongated wound on his left temple that has definitely left a scar when healed later, there is another wound around his left eye that will definitely leave a mark as well.

Kevin immediately covered the wound with a bandage after hearing the footsteps of someone who came. The whitewashed door opened from the outside, a girl in a light blue dress approached Kevin while carrying a fruit basket containing fresh fruits.

Kevin's right eye turned to see who came to see him. "Vio,"

Kevin said softly to see the arrival of the girl. Viona approached Kevin while carving out a faint smile on her pink lips. Then he put down the fruit basket he was carrying and sat down on the chair beside Kevin's bed.

Instead of saying thank you, Viona even chuckled amusedly. "Hey, why is your expression so strange? You look like a man who let your lover marry someone else. And who said I'd get engaged, I canceled it. I will get engaged one day, but with the person I love" Viona said, carving a smile on her lips.

"You're not getting engaged?" Kevin confirm.

Viona nodded. "Yes, anyone who wants to get engaged then married to a mother's child. Moreover, his mother is very chatty and likes to organize, not to mention his siblings who are his julid begging for forgiveness. I was horrified to imagine marrying her." Viona said at length.

Kevin's smile expanded instantly. Hearing Viona not getting engaged made her heart feel relieved, it meant that she still had a chance to have the girl. And Kevin plans to express his feelings when he gets out of the hospital.

"No problem, as long as you get out of here later you have to buy me dinner at a five-star restaurant." Replied Viona who was then replied by a nod by Kevin.

Kevin rubbed Viona's head while carving out a wide smile. "All right, whatever you want." He replied, now Viona was smiling widely.

There was an invisible feeling that made Viona warm up. Especially when he saw Kevin smiling that wide, because it was something very step.

If only Viona had that courage, she would have already expressed her feelings by now. Viona was still waiting for the right time to reveal her heart to Kevin.
