"We're here, welcome to my house!" said Dr. Arman, apparently now they have arrived at the residence of Doctor Arman.

Doctors Arman and Bu Maya sat down with the five patients on the dining table chair, then Bu Minah delivered the dish and put it on the dining table. After all the dishes are ready to be eaten, continued Bu Minah also joined the meal along with others. Doctor Arman finished his meal, and then he took a tissue to clean his mouth. Then he took a glass filled with water, he took a sip of water in the glass and then he put the glass back on the table.

"You better finish your meal, after this you can tell the truth to me while smoking to make you more relaxed!" doctor Arman said, he took a lighter in his left pocket and then used it to burn the tip of the cigarette he smoked.
Hearing Doctor Arman's words, Maya resumed her breakfast. The other patients continued to eat their breakfast. Bu Minah stared at Doctor Arman, Doctor Arman gave a code to Bu Minah with a nod from Doctor Arman.
