CHAPTER 36: The Past of Ivan and Evan lV
After the two men managed to observe and leave the village, they went back into the forest to meet other friends.
They would tell their friend that near this forest was a village, and in that village there was no one strong. The village is guarded only by residents. They intend to inform their plans to take control of the village and take all their possessions.
While they were on their way, they talked, "Hey, let's speed up our steps! We have to make it tonight as well" the man said as he ran.
Suddenly the man's friend asked, "Can we do it tonight? All of our friends are also very deep in this forest. We're a long way from them."
"Just calm down, we can do it!" the man replied, convincing his friend.
"Didn't you remember! Yesterday we came out of the forest very difficult and reached the village in the afternoon. What if we bring 8 people, we will not be until that night if we do not rest. If we rest it will be until the morning" said his friend explained.
"Calm down, if tonight can't stay the night tomorrow again" the man replied.
As they traveled into the forest, they rested 3 times. After noon, they had reached the place where his friends had gathered.
They were adventurers who were on a mission with the two men. They are 6 people. Right now their mission had been completed so they were just relaxing because the deadline reported it was 1 week away.
These adventurers, in addition to running quests, they also often rob in villages far from urban areas. To the extent that they also killed the residents in the village they robbed.
When the two men went into his friend's place, they were greeted by his friend, "Hey, you two have come back? I thought you guys ran away and didn't want to join us anymore."
"Of course not, I just looked around" the man replied.
"Well! Looking around? Do you have to do it 1 day to see it?" ask them not to believe.
"Yes, we just got out of this forest" the man replied.
"Is there anything interesting you see outside?" askthem.
"Yes, of course, outside this forest to the east there is a small village. And in that village there was no one strong to look after him" the man replied.
"Hooo, are you sure?"
"Of course!"
"So when are we going to rob that village?"
"Tonight! I found a secret passage to enter the village without going through the village's guards."
Then one of them got up from his seat, he was their leader and told his friend to prepare, "Hey all of you! Let's get ready we'll leave this forest soon!" his yell.
His friend who heard his screams immediately stood up and prepared their gear, "Good!" shout them.
After they finished preparing, they began to travel, "Alright let's get out of this forest!"
They followed the path pointed out by the two men who had come out of the forest. When they go through the same path that the two men go through, they often encounter the forest monsters. "Hey! Is this really the way? Why are there so many monsters here?" askthem.
"This is indeed the path I passed yesterday, but I did not meet any monsters," the man replied.
"Alright if your words are correct, now we'll rest here for a while."
They rest in that place. After a few minutes of rest, they resumed their journey. They traveled to the village for several hours. And now they have arrived near the village. They decided to rest again before they attacked the village.
After enough rest they began to enter the village through a secret path that had been found by one of them.
"Come, we're through here!"
After they entered the village, then they decided to rob house after house in the village, "Well let's split! If anything happens, we'll regroup here!"
They split up and entered the village houses and robbed them. Minute by minute they move from one house to another.
But in one house there was a scream, "Aaaahhhhh, thief!!!" Make the residents and village guards approach the sound of the screams.
But when they entered the house from the sound of the scream they found someone who had been killed, his body drenched in blood, making those who saw him frightened.
A guard who saw it then told the other guard to tell the others, "Quick call all the village guards who are on duty!"
"Good!"
The group of robbers who heard the sound went straight from the house they robbed back to the place they had been promised.
"What the hell is it!"
"Did anyone mess up?"
"Ah shit!"
After they gathered in that place, they planned what they would do next.
"What are we gonna do now? We've been found out."
"Let's get out of here!"
They decided to leave the village through the secret passage before but, one of the guard groups saw them. "Who are you?!" ask one of the guards.
"Quickly escape!"
"Wait on! The killer is here! Quickly surround them!" the guards ran after them.
The group of adventurers who were also robbers were surrounded by the guards.
"Quick! Drop your weapons and surrender!" shouted the guards.
"What are we gonna do now? We're surrounded."
"We can't run away anymore. Even if we can they've seen our faces."
"Then kill them all!" yell at one of those groups.
"Get down! Kill them all! They are just ordinary people! We'll be easy to kill them!" his yell.
A fight ensued between the adventurer group and the village guards. But since the village guards were just ordinary citizens, they did not give much resistance to the group.
One by one the guards were killed by the group. Shouts by screams rang out making the citizens who heard panic and fear.
"Ohhhhhh!!!"
Slash after slash was directed at the bodies of the village guards.
"Haha they are just ordinary citizens, they won't be able to defeat us!"
"Yes right, now we change our plans. Kill them all and take control of this village!"
"Yes!!!"
They managed to kill all the village guards who surrounded him. After that, they began to make new plans. One by one they came to the house and killed the people who lived in it.
"Ohhhhh!!!"
"Who are y'all? Why are you killing all the people here?"
They slashed the bodies of the citizens with their swords, "We are adventurers!" answer them after cutting.
In one house, Ivan and Evan were shocked to hear the screams of the men. They both hugged their mother. Then his mother told them to get out of the village and hide from them.
"What's going on, ma'am? Why are they screaming like that?" They hugged their mother.
His mother calmed them down, "Let's calm, I'm here..."
The door of the house was locked by them. Suddenly, the sound of people breaking down the door. Suddenly their mother told them to go out and cross the secret path under their house.
"Hurry you guys out of here! Under the house there is a road, you just pass the road. I'll buy time to stop them!"
"But, mom's gonna be okay, right?" ask them anxiously.
"Just calm down, I'll be fine..."
"But mom..."
"Bring this! This is a gift from your father! Get out of here!"
His mother then smiled and said, "You should stay together huh and don't fight."
They both obeyed his mother's words and went downstairs. Then his mother closed the entrance so that it was not known by the adventurers.
Braaakk.... Basil doors in the break.
"Who are y'all? Why did you kill them?"
"Hahaha, we are adventurers." Then from behind them appeared a person who was known by their mother. "You! The adventurer yesterday! Why are you doing this?"
"Hahaha, quickly kill him!"
Then they immediately killed him.
"I'm sorry!"
He drew his sword to Ivan and Evan's mother. He wore the expression of a face person who was forced to kill. The mother who saw the adventurous expression immediately assured him, "He... It's okay, let's do it quickly, I'll be fine. Please don't say anything about them both."
His sword broke through his heart.
Ivan and Evan had not yet walked out on that road. Those who saw his sword-wielding mother could only cry, grieving over her mother's death. Her tears continued to flow unceasingly.
"Mother..."
"Sister, let's get out of here" Evan said with tears streaming down his eyes.
"I promise to kill you all, I will avenge my mother's death!" Ivan promised himself.
After Ivan said that, they immediately walked out through the road that was in front of him.
