Rein feels guilty because he ignores Kean too much, he doesn't let Kean explain everything. Rein stepped his foot into Kean's room, he thought they should speak well so as not to misunderstand.

But when he opened the door of his lover's room was busy joking with his ex who was hard to make his move on. Rein felt that there was nothing to talk about with Kean anymore. He is lazy to deal with a man who is still in touch with his past.

Rein closed the door of Kean's room when Kean saw her.

" God misunderstood him again" Kean said frustratedly. It turned out that persuading a woman while being jealous was so difficult, Kean looked at Sidney who was currently laughing at her.

Shortly afterwards there was the sound of an emergency call for the doctors as they were the arrival of many patients at this time. Kean and the others rushed towards the emergency room. Rein and Bagas ran out of the hospital towards the ambulance that had just arrived. They help the medical team take patients to the emergency room.

Kean began diagnosing patients who had internal injuries. Patients with minor injuries were treated by Aldi and Edo. Sidney helps Rein and Bagas deal with other patients. This afternoon they began to return to busy with their respective duties.

During the day Rein had his own lunch at a restaurant not far from the hospital. He accidentally eats there avoiding the pursuit of three possessive men who are constantly clinging to him. Who else if not Kean her lover, Revan her ex and Bagas the man she just met.

Rein accidentally met an old woman who had been standing by the entrance. Rein looked at the old woman as if she wanted to eat but she had no money.

Rein got up from his seat and took the old woman into the restaurant. Many pairs of eyes looked at Rein who was willing to bring the old lady in.

" Would you accompany me to lunch?" ask Rein while reviewing the smile.

" It just so happens that grandma is hungry, son" said the old woman.

" Then eat with me grandma, I order another one for grandma ya," said Rein then ordered the same food for the grandmother.

" Don't regret it, son, eat a lot of grandma" she said.

" Nothing granny, eating as much as anything here will not drain the wallet," whispered Rein then chuckled making the grandmother no longer awkward with Rein.

Soon, Rein was surprised to see a large pile of dishes. The grandmother managed to spend a lot of food like people who had not eaten for a long time.

The grandmother smiled while Rein was currently recalling how many pieces of money were inside her purse. They talk about recipes because they both love to cook.

" Grandmother, where's the granny house? later Rein intersects Rein still has a break of half an hour. But Rein doesn't have a car, up the bike, yes" Rein said, laughing.

" Why not wear it?" ask grandma that kepo.

" I'm still his girlfriend hasn't been entitled to wear it because it hasn't been his wife yet" Rein chuckled at the thought of her marrying Kean.

After paying for their order Rein and grandma walked towards her motorcycle. He brought the grandmother home to his house, at first he was ordinary. But over time the road to the grandmother's house like her is not foreign to her.

Rein stopped his vehicle, he looked back. " Granny works there?" rein asked pity why this old granny was working in the mansion.

" Who will be eating whose grandmother? did you see Grandma eating a lot?" asked Oma Erika still happy to prank Rein.

Now the two have arrived in front of the Adhitama family mansion. Rein held the old woman's hand.

Rein pressed the bell near the door, not long after Mother Nichole opened the door she was so happy when she saw Rein coming to the mansion. Mother Nichole glanced at the old woman beside Rein, the old woman looked familiar but why her makeup was like that.

" Dear Waalaikumsalam," replied Mother Nichole smiling to Rein.

Mother Nichole's gaze continued to look at the old grandmother who was with Rein.

" Mother this grandmother can ya stop working here, pity she is old to work. Let Rein take the place of nothing" said Rein, making Oma Erika laugh.

When he saw the grandmother laughing, Mother Nichole now knew who the old woman was.

" Oma?" asked Mother Nichole made Rein auto surprised then looked at the grandmother who was currently smiling mischievously to her.
