The night was getting late, Kavin and the others were about to leave but suddenly Mother said that Rein did not exist. Kean was shocked when he heard the news.

Kean was worried, so scared that Rein was kidnapped by Dante. When Kean entered down the stairs he saw in the darkness downstairs. The person he had been looking for since earlier walked towards him while carrying a birthday cake with candles on it.

" Happy Birthday Day to You...Happy birthday day... Happy birthday to you.." Rein sings with the fairy godmother and Oma behind her.

Kean breathed a sigh of relief when he saw his beloved wife was fine. He looked at Rein with an annoyed face, could Rein make him anxious like that.

Rein gives the cake he holds to Kai, she hugs her husband who is still upset because he had a shock when he found out his wife was not in the mansion.

Kean entered his room, he still had not found Rein. He saw a box placed on the bed. The box is tied with blue and pink ribbons.

Kean walked over to get the box, "Dear?" call Kean but there is still no answer from Rein.

Kean opened the box, he was so surprised when he saw the contents in the box. A pregnancy tester with a line of two is inside the box. Kean closed his mouth he felt this the most beautiful gift in his birthday heart.

Rein just came out of the bathroom, she walked over to Kean. " Congratulations, my husband, you will be a father to our son" Rein said, hugging her husband.

Kean could not stand it anymore, he shed tears. Happy tears where he got the most beautiful gift of his life. " Thank you very much, thank you for this gift" Kean replied as he kissed Rein but again Rein felt nauseous.

Ohhhh!!! Yuck!!

" You don't beat me up Mbing" Reen pushed Kean's body.

" Why is that? I don't smell, you know" elak Kean.

" But I don't like the smell of your perfume, you don't sleep near me" Rein said, preferring to go back out of their room.

Kean chased after Rein while whining, while Rein complained to Oma and Mommy.

" Tonight I'm sleeping in Oma's room?" ask Rein.

" Why is that Rein?" kean asked when he heard his wife's words.

" No, I don't want to sleep with Kean," Reen said, making everyone feel weird about Rein.
