Chapter 16: Black List

Just a day after getting the sniper footage that shot me in Sector 66, I didn't play for two days for my safety in Cluster Online. To avoid searching for my avatar.

Surely before doing that I asked Lazy to look up data on the shooter based solely on the footage. That's why I entered the game on the third day.

As it means, Blacklist Player or commonly called BP in this game is a player who kills other players while in the Safe Area such as cities. This system is very inconvenient because notifications will be sent to all active players and ask to hunt them even in the Safe Area. Then the reward the system offers is also quite tempting.

Because the game does not show the name and cursor above the player's head, so the system sends the name and photo of the player directly.

The BP effect will remain for a full seven days and as long as that is how many times the player is killed, the reward will still not decrease. In other words, if one person continues to kill a player who has a free BP effect-times, then the reward will also be doubled by the system.

I who had been glancing in various directions looking for something that could be used for escape found nothing. But something made me pause for a while.

Two female players were standing near the displacement device. One of them was the female player I killed on the stairs while in Sector 66, while the other had black hair but this was the first time I saw her.

I focused on the player who carried that one-handed sword. He's fighting men with brown hair.
