Chapter.28
Xaviera sees Charles asleep, he reaches into his phone wanting to call his stepfather Andreas but a few missed calls are seen on his phone screen.
Drrttttt Drrttt.
This time he picked up a call from his unknown number, "Hello?"
"Xaviera, it's Mama Vincenzo."
"Yes, Madam."
"Come out, I'm sending someone to give you some money for your son's treatment and for the cost of you leaving town. You promised you'd never see or show yourself again, so don't deny it."
Xaviera's hand tightened on her phone, she stared nanar at Charles. "No, ma'am, if I take the money from you, it's like selling my children. Without that money I could pay for Charles's medical expenses."
"Hm, okay. But remember to keep your promise."
Tutttttt.
The phone fell out of Xaviera's hands, her body shaking she couldn't afford to leave her two children far away.
"Xavi.." -..." Andreas opened the door seeing the sad face of his daughter, the old man approached Xaviera.
"Father, I've really lost my two children..hu...hu.." at last his cry broke, he held his mouth with both hands not wanting the sound of his crying to wake Charles up.
"Papa's still got savings, Papa's gonna pay for Charles' hospital. Papa will sell your house as soon as possible, let's get out of here with Papa. Don't fight those heartless people, you have to be strong don't be weak. One day, justice will be on your side."
"Papa... Charlie... Caitlin.." she said in between sobs.
Three days later, after the house was sold Xaviera went to bring his only child with his stepfather without saying goodbye to his two children who were at the Gladwin residence and say goodbye to his fellow soldiers. Once again left her hometown but now she also left her precious children.

After two days in a state of unconsciousness, today Vincenzo opened his two crooked eyes. His eyeballs were covered in swollen eyelids, the man could only see the light from the slight slit of his eyes that was not closed by eyelids.
"Uhhhggt.." his groan moved his body but did not react.
"Young master! You're up! I'll call Doctor Felix in a minute!" uncle Benjamin's vague voice was heard by Vincenzo.
The man began to move his hands and managed to shift them, but when he moved his legs he could not move them in the slightest. He forced open his eyelids wide despite the pain to see his legs, apparently his feet were wrapped in casts.
"Hahhhh.
"How Xavi and the kids... I have to get up..."
Vincenzo remembers the last time he was with Xaviera and his two children. After Andrew's blood-soaked body was brought out, his father ordered the guards to drag him out. He was dragged by 6 personal guards his father left the room, he had time to look at the faces of Xaviera and his children when dragged out.
While being tortured in his room he fought with all his strength the personal guards of his father, but no matter how strong he fought finally he fell unable to survive.
"Young master! Doctor Felix is coming" said Uncle Benjamin.
"Uncle, how many days have I been unconscious? Where are Xaviera and my two children?"
"There, Sir. Your kids are there, they're in their room."
"Xaviera?"
The mouth of his personal manager was silent, Vincenzo felt a bad feeling. "Uncle, where's the mother of my children?!" snarl.
"Master and Madam had already kicked him out two days ago after you were beaten, Mr. Andrew is also dead."
"What?! Ahhff...." Vincenzo groans in pain, his chest hurts so much.
"I'll examine your body, young Master. Your ribs are broken, You should not move much. Your legs are still not being able to be grazed, it looks like it will take a month to heal completely."
"Arghht! Just go! I don't want to be healed!" Vicenzo began to rebel, he pulled out an infusion hose on his arm to turn his body to the side until he fell from his bed to the carpeted floor.
"Young master!" Uncle Benjamin and Doctor Felix attempt to lift their young Master's helpless body on the floor.
"Don't touch me! Let me go! I want to meet Xavi!"
Vincenzo was forcefully creeping on the floor towards the door, as his broken ribs pierced his chest was painful but he kept creeping not wanting to give up. "Hhhhh... Xa. vi...." Suddenly his eyes darkened bringing himself into the endless black vortex.
Quickly Uncle Benjamin and Doctor Felix raised their unconscious bodies and laid them back in the large bed of the heir's room.
