Vicenzo's lips unceasingly kept on smiling widely, he saw the two twins in front of him eating the slice of pizza in their hands so voraciously.

"What's delicious?" curious to see the look on the face of a pair of twins was like enjoying.

"We once ate 1 pizza, that's when Mommy got more money. Mommy said, luxury food is just a waste of money. Mommy had to save money for Charles' treatment but sometimes Mommy also did not have money just to treat Charles," replied Caitlin innocently.

Vincenzo's eyes were shocked, his smiling lips turned stiff. Is that woman so poor?

"If you want, you can order another pizza and bring it for your Mommy."

"Mommy doesn't like pizza, even Mommy only eats leftover bread at breakfast. I've never seen Mommy eat good food, if cooking for us Mommy only eats with her broth water. The side dish was always for us, when we asked Mommy said because Mommy really likes broth water. Yeah, right, Charlie?"

Vincenzo turned to look at Charlie, he was aghast because the little boy was looking at him sharply. "God, kid! You startled me, don't keep looking at me hatefully. If he explains what is later he will be laughed at because his brain memory is very minimal because it forgets the incident.

"Although you brought us to this expensive place, but to me you are still a useless man. You even abandoned all of us, you didn't know Mommy had to work hard while taking care of us. Even when Mommy was sick, Mommy didn't take the medicine. You're a bad guy! I'll never accept you being my Daddy!" angrily Charlie throws the rest of the pizza pieces in his hands onto the table. She crossed her arms and turned her tiny face away from Vincenzo's.

Vincenzo sighed, now he felt a little regret. If only when he was drunk and felt something was wrong that he forgot he should dig it up again.

Inside the twins, the little girl's head fell asleep on her brother's lap. While Charlie's head rests on the back of the seat. When he saw the two children loving each other, his heart softened. She slowly held Charlie's head and placed him on the edge of her arm.

"Why do I wish you were my children? Hahhhh...but is it still not too late for me to take your heart so as not to hate me?" muttered.

Upon reaching the hospital, Vicenzo held Caitlin in his arms, and had her bodyguards carry Charlie. They get into the most luxurious room in the hospital, which Vicenzo accidentally has ordered. Upon entering he laid the little girl in a sling onto the big bed in the nursery.

The bodyguard also laid his little young master on the bed.

"You keep them at the door, I'll see the other child" Vicenzo said.

"Okay, young master."

"You've secured the DNA, haven't you? Don't let anyone mess with his DNA" said Vincenzo.

"Young master, it's very safe" replied the bodyguard named Anderson. The bodyguard was very young probably around 20 years old.

"Hm, watch the door."

"Yes." Yeah."

Vincenzo walked into the emergency room where his other son, Charles, was examined, frowning when he recalled Xaviera saying the child had been sick since birth. " Is it so bad since birth?" muttered.

When it turned out that the woman was no longer in front of the emergency room, "Where is she?"

Frantically Vicenzo looks for Xaviera, he walks to the nurse's desk. "Did a patient by the name of Charles enter the room? Or still in the emergency room?"

"In a moment, sir," the nurse checked the data on the computer.

"Are you Mr Vincenzo?"

"Yes." Yeah."

"The child has entered the ward, sir. About 10 minutes ago."

"Which room?"

"In the room you ordered to the Doctor, sir."

The nurse then told Charles's nursery, Vicenzo half ran into the room.
