Old Man's Bed

Old Man's Bed
#3: letter

At exactly 12pm, Ardhan had arrived at his apartment. Before entering the Apartment, he stared at the door beside his Apartment door.

"Maybe he's asleep," Ardhan murmured with a smile. His heart was so happy to meet his little girl.

"Sir." Sapa Jack's. The man in black greeted the smiling master. "Miss is definitely asleep" said Jack.

"Yes, I hope he likes the gift I gave him."

Before traveling far, Ardhan had ordered a teddy bear by holding love. He intended to give it to Kenzia. Tomorrow, he will be a friendly neighbor.

Ardhan pressed his Apartment button, went inside and swept the room. He was quite comfortable with the new Apartment that he occupied for the first time.

"Jack, you get some rest."

"Good, Sir." Jack dragged his suitcase into the guest room downstairs. While Ardhan climbed the stairs to the top floor.

"Hah," Ardhan was so fond of the atmosphere in his room that nuanced to emasan. He was reminded of Kenzia who likes the color blue sky. Even his room in his house which became Kenzia place while on vacation and living together was changed according to his favorite color.

"Will the room be blue? He's a Doraemon fan."

Ardhan pulled the curtain that covered the clear window glass. He stared at the building filled with lights. Beautiful, it is fitting that Kenzia never returned to Jakarta.

He pushed the glass door to the side. His feet towards the balcony. He saw that the door was closed with a blue curtain.

"Kenzia, we'll meet." Ardhan muttered smilingly.

Next morning.

Cring...

Kenzia rubbed her eyes together, she glanced at the alarm clock above the nightstand, her hand turning off the alarm. At exactly 4am the hour will ring according to his schedule every day.

In the morning, he will relax on the balcony while watching the sunrise accompanied by a cup of espresso coffee.

Kenzia looked at the mirror, her eyes still very sleepy. He took his toothbrush, then rinsed.

Kenzia wiped her lips, she exhaled her breath violently. She misses Mama and her Papa, what else is Daddy Ardhan. He misses her, but his heart is not ready to meet Daddy Ardhan and his wife, Berlin.

His hand hit that tight chest. "I can't go on like this, Daddy Ardhan's been happy for years and I have to be happy."

Kenzia washed her face, then wiped her face with a small towel.

She turned to the kitchen, making eggs for breakfast. In Jakarta he is used to eating rice, in the morning he will eat rice rather than eating bread. His stomach would not eat only bread and a glass of milk.

"Huh."

Kenzia sat down casually, the morning air was very fresh, so her tired body instantly disappeared. But something strange, he felt his heart beating fast.

"Surprisingly, nothing will happen, right?"

He took the flat object, then played it. Then lean his back against the back of the white chair.

He put the flat object back and sipped his espresso coffee.

Deg

Kenzia sensed that someone was watching her. He looked over and saw the shadow of someone by the window.

"Is the apartment next door occupied?"

Kenzia raised both eyebrows, she did not care. After all, if he could, it would mean that he would have new neighbors.

Ting

The sound of the bell rang, kenzia moved from her chair.

"Wait a minute." Kenzia opened the door of her apartment, she looked left right, but there was no one.

"Where's the guy?"

Both of his eyes were fixed on a gift downstairs. He picked up the gift with the pink ribbon. On it was a red rose.

Kenzia inhaled the red rose, the fragrance of the rose filling her throat.

He opened the gift and saw a small doll. Next to the doll was a letter.

"Hey..

  Greetings.."

And an emoticon smile.

"It looks like the next-door neighbor is very friendly." Kenzia. He thought about how to reply. He did not know that his next-door neighbor was a man or a woman.

"I wrote a letter first,"

Kenzia picked up a piece of paper, asking her male neighbor what a woman was or had a family.
