35. He's Shalyn

Black cars are now speeding by splitting the streets. Inside, a girl was driving alone. Shalyn, he's going to the palace to look for clues.

Arriving at the first entrance, his car stopped and revealed the ring he was wearing. The guards were shocked and immediately bowed respectfully.

Shalyn got out of her car and gave the key to one of her guards. Walk elegantly into the palace. Everyone immediately bowed while giving way.

"Well! Shalyn's brother has come home" said a girl with two people beside her who were in the middle of the stairs. Shalyn has already clenched her hand.

"Are you Shalyn? The eldest daughter of King Stevan and Queen Consina?" Said the person beside him. Shalyn noticed that her parents were just going down the stairs.

"Is this how you welcome your host? I've come all this way and no one welcomes anyone but the esteemed omega?" Shalyn Syndicate

"Why are you here?" Said Stevan who felt he did not invite his daughter to the palace. Shalyn who heard that just chuckled, but she could see the look of missing her mother.

"Didn't you miss me?" Shalyn said in pleasantries

"What exactly is your purpose here? Aren't you playing around out there? Do you deserve to come back here?" Stevan said making Shalyn frown. What is he playing outside?

"Your majesty, you shouldn't talk like that to your own daughter." Consina said she was holding Stevan's hand

"By the way who are they? Doesn't the palace accept guests who have no interest and are not conglomerates." Point it at the two girls beside Janet.

"You know, they're my friends." Said Janet

Instead of arguing, Stevan told everyone to have dinner. Shalyn chose to sit at the far end opposite Stevan. Normally, he would sit in front of Consina but now the chair was already occupied by someone else.

"I'm not married yet, don't ever match me." Shalyn said coldly

"If you don't get married then the heir to the throne will be given to Janet. He's going to have a wedding next month." Says Stevan

Shalyn just left, Consina looked at her son worriedly. Shalyn doesn't usually act that way to her husband.

"What's wrong with sister? Why would he act like that to me?" Janet said with a sad expression.

"She's gone wild, that's okay. Don't think about her" Stevan said with a smile, now Consina looked at her husband with a clueless look.

"I'm full, you guys keep eating." Consina said leaving the dining room.

In the room

Shalyn stands on a balcony that shows an urban landscape. He had to think of a way on how to get rid of his half-sister. Even his father's attitude was different. Even though there was Janet, she was always her favorite. But now just the opposite, it is impossible just because Shalyn who rarely went to the palace made her father's attitude change drastically.

Suddenly someone patted her on the shoulder, Shalyn only smiled as the person clasped her hand.

"Why didn't you tell me if you came here first?" Ask Consina

"Do I need to get your permission to go home?" Shalyn

"No, I don't mean it. If you say so, we'll definitely welcome you." Consina said, this is what Shalyn wants. The warmth of his mother always made him return to the palace.
