Embark on a Journey

His breath gasping, in the midst of the thicket of bushes. Rein was still trying to run. Both of his legs were almost broken.

Not far from him, Darwin was on a tree. With a black robe covering the man's body. He observed Rein and around the forest.

"It looks like he's exhausted, who's waiting for that?" Darwin saw some people dressed in black as before.

"Basic a trouble girl!" his grunts while flying towards Rein. Then it came down right in front of the girl.

"You!" Rein was still shocked as usual.

"Don't follow me anymore! Go there!" rein said annoyed.

"Revelation!" Darwin hugged Rein's body and dropped their bodies to the ground. One second late, Rein was not breathing.

The girl froze in place, their position was very favorable to Darwin. Rein was under the confinement of Darwin's burly body.

"Review you!" Rein pushes Darwin's body.

"See that! It's a second too late that you're not breathing anymore!" Darwin showed me an arrow stuck in a tree.

"Damn! They still haven't given up!" read Rein to his enemies.

"They won't give up before they get what they want" Darwin said.

"You're right!" Rein cleaned his clothes from the ground.

"So it's safer if I can be with you, isn't it?" tanyakanya.

"But if I'm with you I can bleed to death!" reject Rein.

"We'll just walk!" bring Rein.

"Are you sure, there's a lot of snakes here?" ask Darwin.

Rein was instantly on guard, paying attention to the surroundings. It is true that Darwin said not far from them had seen three poisonous snakes.

"Come with me!" Darwin forcefully pulled Rein's waist to hug him. The girl jumped into the branches of the tree. That way they can get out of the forest faster.

Darwin increased his speed. Instantly Rein drowned in the man's embrace. After arriving at the forest. Darmin and Rein stopped there. Rein felt very nauseous. He ran towards the bushes and vomited his stomach contents.

"Hoe! It's really torturing me!" his gerrick.

Darwin laughed in satisfaction, looking at the flushed Rein on his face. The girl was not used to Darwin's life. If they were together often, Rein would definitely get used to it.

"You're going to kill me!" irritated Rein while rubbing the tip of his lips.

He looked around them. Sure enough, the two of them quickly came out of the forbidden forest. Heading to a village that is not much of a inhabitant.

"We're sure we're going into this village?" ask Rein to Darwin.

"Of course, why?" Darwin wanted to find something in the village.

"To my knowledge, this is the oldest village here. Unfortunately many humans died mysteriously in it."

"Are you scared?"darwin asked mocking Rein.

"Hey, who's afraid, I dare!" rein replied calmly. He doesn't want to look weak in front of a guy like Darwin.

"Good!" Darwin hastened his pace. Rein followed the man immediately. While looking at the places around them.

The village was too quiet, there was no sign of life. As far as Rein was aware a year ago there were still some people inside the village. Although it was only bird news, Rein was sure that something was wrong in this village.

"Darwin wait for me!" rein is behind Darwin.

"Quick stupid!" darwin.

The sky began to darken again, while both of them had no illumination. It gets deeper into the village. It's getting darker and quieter.

"Why is it so dark?" grumbled Rein. He did not notice in front of him.

"Ouch!" Rein accidentally hit Darwin's back which suddenly stopped.

"Why did it suddenly stop?" ask Rein.

"Sssstt shut up, there's someone there!" Darwin silenced Rein's mouth with his palm. Rein only nodded his head when he answered.

"Why are Darwin's hands so cold!" inner Rein.

After the man left, Darwin let go of his hand.

"Let's go again!" bring him.

"Who was that guy?" ask Rein.

"Somehow, he doesn't seem human. Just a lifeless figure. We are not heard by him. We can be safe" Darwin explained.

"I-I mean you-you're ghosts?" ask Rein in fear.

"Her kind!" Darwin could not confirm what the figure was. But he had not known the world for a long time. There is much difference between now and a hundred years ago.

Darwin was reminded of the village he was currently passing through. In the past the village was very crowded, many residents and their people lived together.

Until one day the war happened. Darwin had no idea who started it, but neither his people nor the people.

There are other people who try to complain to them. Eventually Darwin had to be sealed in the coffin for a hundred years.

"It's here!" darwin. Now they are in the middle of the village. Rein didn't understand why he had to stop there.

Darwin squatted where he was standing. His right hand was on the ground. Rein retreated slowly, seeing Darwin suddenly emit a light from his body.

"What are you doing?" ask Rein to panic.

Suddenly the ground trembled, from the ground that Darwin touched began to split. Slowly a ladder appeared. A secret room.

"Secret room!" Rein was amazed at what he saw.

"Let's go in!" take Darwin. Rein shook his head.

"No, I'm scared!" answer Rein.

Darwin frowned, looking at the girl who was standing quite far away from him.

"Like you are a future leader? What a shit your people are!" taunted Darwin.

Hearing that, Rein immediately ventured. He walked quickly to the stairs. The room was so dark, Rein couldn't see anything. But not for Darwin, he could easily see in the dark.

"Hey I can't see the way!" said Rein. Darwin then took the girl.

"Follow me, don't let go."

They entered the secret room. Darwin could know the space because he was the one who told his subordinates first to make it.

Clack!

Suddenly the candle beside them lit up. It was actually Darwin who turned it on with the magic he learned.

"Eh there's lighting!" rein said, he still holds Darwin's hand.

"Ehem, until when did it stick to me?" tanyakanya.

"Hehe's sorry!" Rein immediately removed his hand from Darwin. They then walked down the hallway. To enter the secret room.

When we got to a big door. Both stopped.

"What is this place exactly?" ask Rein.

"We just open this door. You'll know everything."

Darwin was looking for a secret button on the wall. When pressing down on it, the large door automatically opened.

"Well!" Rein was astonished by the contents within that space. Very clean even though there have been no inhabitants for a long time. Rein walked to and fro. Look at the equipment one by one in that space.

Lots of guns neatly arranged there. Darwin was also looking for something in that space.

"Where did I put it?" darwin's murmured forgot. He then activated his translucent eyes to search for that thing.

"Damn! Why not there!" mumbling again.

"What are you looking for?" ask Rein. Darwin turned his body around to see Rein.

"Why are our eyes?" rein asked in fear as Darwin's eyes turned red.

Darwin forgets that Rein doesn't know his identity yet. But surprisingly, Darwin could not penetrate any view on Rein's body.

"Don't be afraid, this is just one of the powers I have. I was looking for something. But I don't think it's here" he explained.

"Are you really?" ask Rein scared.

"Yes, oh yeah pick one weapon you like. Tonight we stay here for a while. Tomorrow we continue the journey" said Darwin. Rein could only nod his head in Darwin's favor. The girl's vigilance began to increase after knowing Darwin's strangeness.

"Don't tell me I got into the tiger cage?" inner crying.
