Struggle.
Irene is still in the hospital. During that time, his family and friends alternately visited and entertained him. Alex has been working in the office as usual. The 3 months Irene spent in the hospital were spent with the nurse Alex hired to take care of her.

Irene was amused at Doni's words. He became excited again, although indeed he could not cover the pain that always appeared in his stomach.
"Why Irene, you look like you're in pain".
"Please call the nurse, my stomach hurts so much".
"Come,, I'll take you inside".
Doni pushes Irene's wheelchair inside the hospital. He immediately called the nurse to check on Irene. Shortly after, the doctor came to check on her.
"Mom Irene, it's like we can't postpone it anymore".
"Your baby should be taken out immediately".
"I don't want to take any chances".
"Please call Bu Irene's husband immediately".
"In two hours we'll be operating soon".
"Good doctor!!".
The nurse immediately exited the examination room. He pulled out his phone to call Alex.
"Father is being asked to go to the hospital now".
"Mrs Irene's two hours away from surgery".
"Well sister, I'll be right there".
Without a second thought, Alex rushed to the hospital. Today his wife and son are far more important than his job.
As Alex arrives at the hospital, he sees Doni in front of the check room. The man also looked worried. There was jealousy in Alex's heart, but it was immediately on the edge. He stepped in. went into Irene's check room.
"Darling, hang on. I know you can".
"We will soon meet our two children".
"I'm afraid Alex, until I don't get to see them".
"Don't talk no, everyone here is with you".
Alex always gives encouragement and support to his wife. Even when Irene was pushed into the operating room, Alex's hand never let go grasping his fingers.
All the family members were waiting at the hospital. They're gathered in the operating room. The family can only give up, and hope all will be well. Neither Irene nor her baby survived.
"My wife how's the doctor??".
"Everything is safe, both the mother and the baby".
"Please Mr. Alex, you can come in now".
Alex smiled, and so did the rest of the family. He immediately went into the operating room to see his two twins. Irene gave birth to a couple of boys and girls. Alex's happiness doubled when he found out.
Before long, Irene was taken to the treatment room, while the baby still had to be in the incubator. They are born prematurely, so they should be monitored closely.
"Alex, are you happy now??".
"I've given you boys and girls".
"Of course, honey, thank you for your struggle so far".
"Now you've become a mother".
"I'm so proud of you".
Irene was speechless, she could only cry. Remembering her struggle all this time, for the sake of giving birth to her two children.
His family took turns to go into the treatment room and congratulate Irene. Doni is no exception. Irene was very grateful for helping him at the right time.
After a while, Irene felt pain in her stomach. Alex immediately called the doctor to check on his wife. The doctor's diagnosis has been correct all along. Irene was bleeding heavily. Irene looked very weak.
"This is what I've been worried about Mr. Alex".
"Now it's really happening".
"Mrs Irene's bleeding, and we're working on her now".
"Pray the best for your wife".
Alex pacing in front of the ICU room. Andin was moved to the room to be handled further. Feels right to Alex, a series of trials befall him and Irene. As a husband and a father, he must be strong.
Now his wife lay weakly helpless. I want Alex to take his place and feel the pain. But in fact, Alex can only pray and hope for salvation for his beloved wife.
The doctor finally came out of the ICU. He went to Alex to tell him about his wife's condition.
"Sir Alex, your wife we're dealing with, in the meantime, she's gonna have to stay in the ICU".

"Mr Irene just had a blood transfusion, we've been trying to stop her bleeding".

The doctor left the ICU.

Alex then walked into the room where Irene was being treated. His face looked pale. The blood transfusion is still ongoing. But Irene was unconscious. His eyes continued to close without reaction.
"Why is my wife like this sister??".
" That's because the Hb levels in Ms. Irene's body were so low sir, she added she lost a lot of blood".
"Hopefully after this transfusion, Ms. Irene immediately regained consciousness".
"Mother Irene is a great woman, I'm sure she'll be well soon".
