Alex reflexively hugs Irene in Vishnu's doctor's room. He was so happy to see the screen in front of him. It turns out not just one, but two children at once who get both.

The young man looked at Irene's stomach which looked enlarged. He then said.

Alex gets out of the doctor's office with a prescription and medication. She then approached Irene and the man she was helping.
