Ray smiled and gently stroked Novi's head while waiting for the heavy rain that never subsided. Too tired so many tears make Novi immediately fall asleep leaning on Ray's shoulder.

Seeing Novi grieve about what he was going through, forcing Ray to let him continue like that.

"You're not wrong to have feelings for me. You're just a girl who's still stuck in the past. If it wasn't for your love for Leon being so great, the feelings for me would never have existed" Ray's inner self understood what Novi was going through.

2 Hours have passed, the night starlight is again present to set aside the rush of rainwater.

"Em, em.." lirih Novi woke up rubbing both eyes.

"Have it gone?" he continued looking at the left right side then looking at the watch in his hand.

"That's it," Ray briefed.

"Hour 12?" pekik Novi stood up looking panicked.

"Kok you didn't wake me up? You deliberately let me fall asleep so soundly in your arms that you can look for a chance?" novi walked away leaving Ray alone.

"DORCH!!!! Now the crying is not even clear. What the hell does this kid want?" ketus Ray got up and walked along.

"Again the fight, sir?" continued aunt when Ray approached about to leave.

On the way home, Novi continued to silently pout saying nothing. This made Ray questioningly.

"Must be a child embarrassed because it was as outspoken as before," Ray's mind glanced.

"Why smile? Is something funny?" novi explained.

"So, there's no one." Looking straight at the street.

"We're back at the office, sorry for the trouble" Novi choked.

"Why go to the office?"

"Your work car is there."

"Judah if you insist," replied Novi turned away.

"The real prestige of this one's children." Shaking his head when he saw Novi slightly smiling at the reflection of the car glass.

It turned out that their arrival had been awaited by Novi's father who was standing at the door of the house. When they arrived and got out of the car, the bodyguards quickly grabbed Ray's body to avoid resistance.

"Well, why is this?" ray was confused.

"Shut up!" The bodyguard snapped half of Ray's body to his knees.

"Definitely this bad. It must have been thought that I was the bad guy who had kidnapped people's children," Ray's inner gaze lowered.

"He's not a bad guy, why are you guys being rude? Release her!" Novi's assertion to the guards.

"Father gave them the order" said the father standing at the door of the palace.

"Dad, he's my personal driver, why should he be treated like this?" pekik Novi walked up to his father.

"What time is it now? You know if you're the only father's son. Where the hell have you guys been? Should a girl be with a man late like this?"

Hearing Novi feud with his father made Ray keep his eyes down.

"Yes, sir."

"It's clear now?" asked the father, looking back at Novi.

"I want to know who has dared to try to approach and bring my daughter home until this late at night" continued the father standing right in front of Ray.

"Dad, he's not as bad as I thought."

"You shut up or I'll lock you up!"

"But Yeah..."

"Shut up! Better now you go in!" Snapped the father pointing in the room of the house.

"I'm sorry your father is son, but you're not born yet, but you're going to be an orphan" Ray's inner gaze still lowered.

"You don't know who I am yet? How dare you play with my daughter. Although a driver, you should know the time and when to return my daughter," Novi's father gently stroked Ray's head smiling sarcastically.

When turning to touch Ray's chin to raise his gaze, Novi's father was quite surprised to find Ray's face the same as Leon.
