"Oeek. oeek..."
"Oeek. oeek..."
The cries of the twins sounded loud filling the room quite spacious. Amrita felt her body limp, struggling alone without the help of midwives or those closest to her. Blessings on her and her husband's prayers. The woman gave birth normally without anyone's help.
I heard the door open. The sound of footsteps rang out in a hurry. For twenty seconds, a man stood at the door of the room.
"Honey" call Aziz almost inaudible. The man almost fainted and saw two babies on the bed.
"Mas, our child has been born" Amrita said slowly.
Aziz was still silent. Just this time the man saw the woman giving birth without the help of others. The crying of twins shocked him until his crying also broke along with his two children's cries.
"Amrita.. Are you okay, honey?" aziz asked to examine his wife's body.
"I'm fine, Mas" replied Amrita smiling.
I heard footsteps outside. Then came the voice of Aunt Eka calling Mr. Sofyan, asking him to speed up his steps. Aunt Eka and Mr. Sofyan ran into the house and stopped in front of the room that was seen open. Their eyes were round looking at the twin babies on the bed.
"My granddaughter.." cried Aunt Eka approached her twin granddaughter.
"Mother, please clean up my children" said Amrita.

At one o'clock in the afternoon, Amrita's house was crowded. There were their neighbors who came to visit when they heard the happy news. Everything looks happy with the presence of beautiful and handsome twins. People will say Subhanallah when they see the twins. Her big nose, her thin lips, are so adorable.
"How is the story about you giving birth without help?" tanya Aziz accompanied his wife in the room.
"Haha. As you left, I started to see signs. But I take it for granted because in my opinion, it is not yet time for me to give birth. Suddenly my stomach mules, something inside the stomach pushes out. And as I tried to stand up, something down there felt like something was tearing. I started to believe that today I was going to give birth. Immediately, I positioned myself like a birthing person. Regulate your breath and start straining" explained Amrita.
"Thank God, Mas. Not long ago I pushed our son was born, but only one. A few dozen minutes later, my stomach mules again and it turns out our baby is still out" said Amrita.
"Amrita, I'm sorry, honey. I should have been there when you were in labor" Aziz said. Aziz shed haru tears. God hears his prayers. Simplify the process of delivery of his wife.
"Papa Aziz" called Aher who suddenly entered the room. Aher enters with his wife, Mahdania.
Aziz and Amrita chuckled. "What's up with Aher?" asked Aziz smiling.
"May I carry it?" ask Mahdania. A smile on both corners of his lips.
"Please" replied Amrita.
Aher holds a baby girl and Mahdania holds a baby boy. As the two babies played their lips together, Mahdania and Aher smiled widely. "Da, he's smiling" Aher said with a gurgle.
"Yes, By. The one I carried was also smiling, very adorable" Mahdania replied.
"Aziz, me and Mahdania would like to spend the night here. I want to see my nephew continue" Aher said spoiledly.
"Haha. Do you want to be my son's baby sister?" aziz asked just joking.
"Don't expect. I wait for day and night. Waiting for her to sleep with me in the room" Aziz said. "And you, you want to take her to bed with you? Don't expect it, Aher!" the ambush.
"Hehehe" Aher chuckled again. A comfortable twin held, not crying even though Aher is noisy. Both are comfortable in the sling of Aher and Mahdania.
In the living room, Pa Sofyan and Aunt Eka were still joking with the neighbors. There, neither Hanin nor Fakri. The two couples were hiking with their relatives as well as senior Mapala. The campus is still on holiday.

After the prayer, Pa Sofyan and Aunt Eka had dinner together at the dinner table. Aziz was teaching beside his children. And Amrita was lying next to her two children.
"Honey, sleep if you're sleepy" Aziz said.
"Yes, Mas. I slept first huh" Amrita replied then closed her eyes.
After dinner, Aunt Eka and her husband went to Amrita's room. They saw their son-in-law and their two grandchildren. Moreover, the daughter who had been awaited by the two middle-aged couples. Aunt Eka and Pa Sofyan are very happy. They were not blessed with daughters but with granddaughters.
"Aziz, Mom and Papa are the first to do it. Call us if you need help" said Aunt Eka slightly lowered her voice.
"Yes, Mom" Aziz replied.
It felt like Pa Sofyan would not come out of her daughter-in-law's room. He wanted to be next to his two grandchildren and sleep with the two little babies. However, Aziz was struck by happiness, the man did not want his son to sleep with the others.
"Pa, there's still time tomorrow. Tomorrow you can play with them. Now Papa rests so that Papa is healthy and strong. There are two grandchildren Papa, Papa will hold the two alternately and it takes bone and muscle health" explained Aziz when Pa Sofyan pouted and did not want to go istrahat.
"Come Pa" asked Aunt Eka, pulling her husband's arm.
"Mothers... Papa wants to sleep with Papa's grandson.." whine Pa Sofyan.
Aziz let out a rough breath. The man also could not bear to see his father sad. He thought of a way they could sleep together. Sofa bed, Aziz plans to shift the sofa bed next to the room or put it in the room. But his intention was to undo because his father was willing to sleep in the next room.
"Papa's granddaughter's body is well" Pa Sofyan said before exiting the room.
"Yes, Pa" Aziz smiled back.
Aziz held his son and put him to bed. Then she took her daughter and put her to bed next to her son. Not to forget Aziz allowed his son's bed nets. Then he climbed on the bed and lay staring at the ceiling of the room.
"The three of them are asleep, it's time for me to go to sleep" Aziz murmured.

At five o'clock in the morning, Auntie Eka is in the kitchen. The middle-aged woman was busy cooking for her husband, son and daughter-in-law. Pa Sofyan and Aziz prayed in the mosque.
"What mom cooked?" tanya Amrita approached her mother-in-law.
"Just be sure, honey. Tempeh, tofu, vegetables and eggs. I'd like to boil eggs for you. And make some vegetable soup too. Boiled eggs and vegetable soup is very good consumed by mothers who have just given birth, let alone mothers who breastfeed" replied Aunt Eka.
"Now you go to your room, take care of your granddaughter" said Aunt Eka smiling.
Note: For the birth process I took from a real story. The closest person to me who Thank God she gave birth without feeling the pain that lasted late. In the morning she was still selling cakes around the village, coming home from the sale of cakes she immediately saw a sign, like someone was pushing out in the womb and she gave birth alone. 😊
