Chapter 9's

Thella returns to the apartment she lives in with Fall. Satisfied all day chatting with Vanya challenged Naufal, the cold man who is now his husband. Thella immediately took a bath, while thinking of a way to tell Fall the problem. Today he wants to talk about it too.

He glimpsed the clock on his phone, right at 17:00. Fall's clock is still a long time. He decided to cook dinner for her and her husband. Actually thella was bored at this hour, after she finished cooking, no one was talking to her. She wants to enjoy the afternoon with her husband. But, with his busy schedule, that dream only became a mere wishful thinking.

The bell of the apartment door rang when Thella had just finished cooking. He thinks it's Fall. He was so happy that for the first time, the man came home so soon. Thella opened the door for him.

He was disappointed, because the one outside the door was a woman. With typical office clothes. His long hair on a ponytail. Pretty enough, with a little sweet smile.

"You must be Fall's wife, I want to give this back, last night left in my house," The girl handed Fall's grey jacket. Thella.

"Whose name? I'm Flo, Fall's college friend, I'm working at Naufal's company right now," The girl explained, I don't know why Thella didn't like her presence.

"I'm Thella. I'm sorry, I can't bring you in, my house is so messy and I'm busy right now. Thank you for dropping off my husband's jacket" Thella went inside her house and closed the door. He evicted Flo from Naufal's apartment in a subtle way.

The girl throws Fall's jacket at the couch. Sitting languidly, Thella thought nothing of her husband's relationship with Flo. Why is Naufal's jacket in his house?

Until dinner, Thella's thoughts about Flo's figure still echoed. He ate alone as usual while watching the drama on his mobile phone. His plan to talk about David's problems, instead turned into wanting to discuss Flo. Thella was not calm.

After a few hours of waiting, Fall returned home from work. He was very happy to finally get home, and hoped Thella was still waiting for his return.

The door opened, Fall saw, Thella's attitude changed slightly. Usually the girl greeted his return cheerfully, this time cold.

"Thella, what's wrong with you? why are you different?" Naufal could not bear to ask, he felt the loss of his usual wife.

"So, there was a woman who delivered your jacket" Thella said coldly. He jutek like Fall attitude at the beginning of marriage with him.

"Flo..?" Guess Fall, and it's just right.

"Yes, so try to explain, why is your jacket in his house? What are you guys doing?" Fall knew now, Thella was like this because she felt jealous. He doesn't like to be close to other women.

"Me and Flo have been best friends since we were kids. Our family is very close, we are like family. I used to visit him for dinner together, "Naufal tried to explain his relationship with Flo.

"Oh, so you let your wife eat dinner alone at home, and you ate at another woman's house?!" Thella was angry, very angry. Every night even, she often waited when she could be together with her husband, but she tried to understand the busy Fall. This fact left Thella disappointed.

"You know what, Fall? There is no friendship between a man and a woman, let alone a wife. I don't want to talk to you anymore." Thella left Naufal alone. The man realized he was speaking wrong. He shouldn't have defended Flo in front of Thella. Thella's status, higher above Flo's, she's his wife now.

He followed Thella who went into his room. Fall found his wife sleeping downstairs, where he slept first, when they first lived together. Fall put down his briefcase, opened his suit and tie and put it in place, and took off his shoes.

Fall sleeps downstairs with Thella. In the arms of the woman who is now just silent without speaking. Really, Fall doesn't want to be ignored by Thella. The comfort he got while with Thella, made the man addicted.

"Thella, I'm sorry. I promise, starting tonight I'm not going to have dinner other than at home, except in the office cafeteria. I beg you, forgive me, don't ignore me like this." Fall holds Thella's body tightly, he misses the girl as always. A little spoiled and asked a lot when he had just returned home.

For some reason, Thella couldn't hold Naufal for too long. He felt the earnestness of the words spoken by the man. Thella turned around and hugged Fall tightly. His action was a reaction of rejection to others who Thella thought were his rivals.

"I'm sorry, Fall. I'm overdoing it, I should have asked you nicely, not with this kind of emotion." Thella said slowly, she realized her emotions were a little out of control, probably because she felt jealous and was afraid that there would be a third person between the two of them.

"No, I was wrong . I am selfish and not thinking about you. I should have realized, you also want to have dinner with me. Actually, it was just once, often back then, I was a teenager. Now where could it be," Fall tried to give understanding. Indeed, when he was a teenager, Fall often visited Flo's house, or vice versa.

But now, after being busy with various jobs, Fall does not have the spare time to just play around. The reason why he went to Flo's house for dinner was, the Flo family's request to include Flo as an employee in his company.

Fall repeated his warm kiss like rice as he asked for a hug. Thella enjoyed the kiss her husband gave her.

"Come on, we move up, it's too cold, we'll get sick later" whispered Fall. He got up and took Thella to bed.
