Various preparations have been made, the transplant operation will begin soon. There is no happy face shown by Rafael or Nandini. Both of them feel depressed, not knowing what to say to Sebastian when he wakes up.

Before long some nurses came out by pushing Sebastian's cage. He will be transferred to the recovery room. But the door to the room was re-tutuated. He chases after one of the nurses who pushed Sebastian's cage, then asks why Clarissa wasn't taken out of the room. But the nurse did not give a satisfactory answer to him. "Doctor!" rafael chases after the doctor who just came out of the operating room.
"How's Clarissa doing? why hasn't he left the room yet?"

Rafael shook his head not understanding what the Doctor said. Finally, the doctor explained to Rafael if Clarissa turned out to have a history of allergies to drugs. And when he was desperate to do the transplant, it means he had to bear the risk if his body had a reaction due to drugs.
"I've explained if this condition occurs, it's likely that Ms. Clarissa will not be able to wake up again. Only a miracle could make him realize. The two together see Sebastian in the recovery room. Next to Sebastian there is a doctor who checks his condition, then explains if he will definitely recover with some therapy.
Seen a look of confusion, Sebastian did not know what to say. After the doctor leaves, Rafael explains everything to Sebastian. If Clarissa makes a big sacrifice for him.
"I didn't know at first that Clarissa did all this sincerely. Because he asked for your divorce to be annulled if he would give you a transplant. Rafael's remarks stunned Sebastian, how could Clarissa do all this for him. Nandini convinces him to give Clarissa a chance to return. According to Nandini, Clarissa was truly sorry for all her actions. And now he has proven his remorse, by making sacrifices for her.

"She initially asked for a lawsuit and the divorce was annulled. And I had to agree to it, so you could transplant it as soon as possible. But after hearing the doctor's words earlier, I'm not sure if Risa's doing all this for her own benefit. Because he knew it was possible that he would be in a coma after surgery, but he made this decision anyway.
