"Congratulations Al to your engagement, I think you're not selling because I've never seen you with a man" Satya teased Alya.
Today is Alya's engagement day with a man named Rafael.
"I hope you get married soon" Satya said again when Alya did not reply to her words and only snickered at her.

Rafael only responded to that with a smile without saying anything.
"Risa's not coming?" ask Alya.
Satya shook her head. "She can't come along, understandably already pregnant big. In a few days he will be born." said Satya happily.

Satya rushed back to Alya and Rafael to return home.
"Alya, Rafael, I'll go home first." said Satya.
"What's wrong? why is it hunting so much?" ask Rafael.
"Risa fell in the bathroom and was bleeding" Satya said.
"Okay, heart on the road. Don't panic." said Alya.
"OK, I go first" said Satya then hurriedly walked away.
Because of being too worried for Risa, Satya accidentally bumped into someone else in front of her.
"I'm sorry I'm in a hurry" said Satya.
"Yes, it's okay Satya!"
"What are you doing here?" satya asked confused.
"Of course to attend my brother's engagement" said the man who was none other than Rama.
"Your brother?" ask Satya astonished. Is Raphael Rama's brother? thought Satya.
Rama nodded. "Yes, then why did Satya hunt earlier?" ask Rama.
Satya patted her jidatya because she forgot about Risa.
"I have to go." said Satya and left Rama.
"Strange." said Rama.
Satya drives her car at high speed because she is worried about the state of Risa and their future baby. Satya was afraid something bad happened to the three of them.
Twenty minutes later, Satya reached the nearest hospital from her home. Satya parked her car and told the security guard at the hospital to park her car.
"Ma, where are you?" Satya said to Mama Stella on the phone.
"In front of the ER room."
Satya also turned off the phone connection and immediately looked for the ER room.
"What about Risa?" ask Satya worried. He's in front of the ER room.
"Doctors still deal with Risa" said Mama Stella.
And shortly thereafter, the door of the ER room opened. A doctor came out with a nurse behind him.
Satya and Mama Stella approached them.
"How are my wife and children doing Doc?" ask Satya.
"Where are my daughters-in-law and grandchildren?" mama Stella asked along with Satya's question.
"We have done our best, but the bleeding on Ms. Risa still can't be stopped. And again the water has broken, we have to immediately perform surgery to remove the baby" said the doctor.
"Do your best for them doctors" Satya and Mama Stella said at the same time.
"But because Risa's mother's bleeding won't stop, we may only be able to save one of them" the doctor said.
"What does the doctor mean?" ask Satya.
"You want us to save his mother or his son?" ask the doctor slowly.
"I want them all to survive the doctor" Satya said angrily.
"Sorry sir, but because of Risa's current condition it is not possible for us to save them all" said the doctor.
"Is there no other way, doctor?" ask Mama Stella.
The doctor nodded slowly. "No ma'am, please choose one of them. We don't have much time, if we don't act immediately, then all three of them will lose their lives." Said the Doctor.
"Suster please prepare the documents." continued the doctor.
"Okay doc." said the nurse and hurried away.
"I know, it's hard for you. But you have to make a choice as soon as possible, or there will be no survivors" the doctor said and then returned to the ER room.

Satya punched the wall of the ER space out of anger at this situation. She could not choose between Risa and her son. How could he choose between them, they were Satya's life, Satya's happiness.
