After waiting for a few minutes the sound was not heard anymore, he then began to conclude it could have been just an accidental sound from an object that was not placed properly, then finally fell.
However, it seems that Sandra had to draw her conclusion earlier when suddenly just seeing the door of Mr. Tono's room began to open slowly.
