The next day, Jess and Justin continue on their honeymoon trip, as there is still a week left to go. As planned two lovebirds who are enjoying the new life, continue their vacation to Lombok West Nusa Tenggara. Not without reason they are there, actually in addition to honeymoon, Justin plans to survey the location of the construction of a small hospital in a remote area there.

A beautiful woman in her 35s was screaming in pain. The man who seemed to be the husband of the woman looked extremely anxious. He ceaselessly calmed his wife.

"Sorry..can you step aside for a moment.I am a doctor.This mother must immediately get treatment.Who is accompanying this mother?" said Justin.

"I'm-I doc.I'm her husband." replied the man.

They took the woman to a small room on the plane. Justin instructs Jess and the flight attendant to prepare the tool used and sterilize it. Justin examined the pregnant woman's vital organs.

"Sir...How many weeks has your wife been pregnant?" ask Justin.

"This week's been 33 weeks doc.." The woman replied weakly.

Justin put his hand wrapped in surgical gloves and was sterile under the woman's body. He was forced to do it himself because there were no midwives or other medical personnel on the plane.Justin checked carefully. Justin and Jess decide to continue to accompany the woman to the hospital. He asked the cabin crew to contact Ganendra's branch hospital in Lombok. And by the time they arrived, there was already a welcome ambulance on the plane's runway. Jess and Justin are in the ambulance.

after a journey of about 30 minutes, they finally arrived at a hospital located in the suburbs. They immediately took the patient and the baby to IGD for intensive care, because the mother of the baby was unconscious after giving birth. The baby received intensive care in the NICU because of premature birth.

Jess just kept quiet. Somehow he felt if at first glance the person he just knew was very similar to someone.

"Honey.ayo we go to my room" Justin said as he gently pulled Jess's hand.

"Oh yeah I almost forgot I was in a branch hospital" Jess said.

"Why have you been silent since.why do you think of something..?"ask Justin.

"Sister.maybe what I think is right..."
