MSC 18 - Doubt

Hansel arrives at Caffe. He looked outside the place for a moment, then entered it. Hansel looks forward to meeting with Luiso to talk about his mission.

His footsteps slowly approached a person who was already sitting with a cup of coffee on the table before him. Hansel sat down and greeted Luiso.

"I'm sorry I'm late" Hansel said.

Luiso looked at Hansel, "It's okay. I also just came," replied Luiso with a faint smile.

"What are you calling me nights like this?" ask Hansel.

"Cas easy first. Order coffee," said Luiso to a waiter.

Hansel doesn't want to argue much. He immediately ordered hot chocolate when a waiter brought a menu book. The waiter immediately recorded Hansel's order and left the table. Hansel looked at Luiso who was enjoying his coffee.

"You came alone?" hansel looked around, as if looking for something.

Luiso put down his coffee mug, "Yes. I myself. Do you expect me to be with someone else?" ask Luiso.

"It's not like that. Aren't you always with Mr Alfonzo?" ask Hansel.

"No. He was sick and I was not allowed to leave the house. Is there anything? these few days you've been hard to contact" Luiso said.

"Slightly urgent matters in the office. I'm busy" Hansel replied with reason.

Honestly, Hansel was confused because he wanted to end his mission of spying on Micheline. However, on the other hand it cannot simply ignore the request of Alfonzo. "I can't accept this, sir. I've got my own money" replied Hansel. Hansel chose to reject the money given to Luiso Alfonzo.

"Why? do you want something else? just say it," Luiso replied in surprise. This is the first time anyone has refused to be given money.

Hansel smiled, "There's nothing I want, sir. Thank you for helping me. I'm accepting your goodwill, but I can't accept your gift. Forgive me," Hansel refused so subtly that Luiso was speechless.

"Alright if that's your will. I'll tell this to you later. If you need anything, don't hesitate to call me."

"Yes" answered Hansel.

Hansel's phone has been ringing ever since. Hansel ignored the calls on his phone without seeing who the person who contacted him was. Luiso was astonished, but reluctant to reprimand Hansel because it was not important to him.

Charlie tried to contact Hansel. His first call was ignored by Hansel. Charlie contacts Hansel again and again is not picked up by Hansel. Hansel looks serious talking to Luiso. It made Charlie upset and emotional. Charlie restrains his anger, he tries to re-contact Hansel and is eventually accepted by Hansel.

"Yes, Mr. Chief Secretary. What's up?" asked Hansel in a soft voice.

Charlie tries to hold back the emotion, "Hans, where are you? I'm in front of your apartment. I was asked by the CEO to pick up the meeting materials document for tomorrow. He tucked the document into a pile of documents you brought home."

"You're in my apartment?" asked Hansel in shock.

"Yes. Wh why? are you outside?" ask Cherlie to pretend.

"Yes. I'm buying something. Would you wait? I'll be back home soon" replied Hansel.

"Oh, so it seems. Do I want to pick you up? where's your location?" bargain Charlie.

"No need, sir. I'm going back home now" replied Hansel.

"OKs. I wait," replied Charlie who immediately ended his call.

Charlie was very upset. He put his phone on the bench next to him. He hit the steering wheel and cursed.

"Damn!" charlie was driving his car out of the parking lot. Charlie immediately rushed to Hansel's apartment.

Charlie arrives at the parking lot next to the apartment Hansel lives in. Charlie was waiting in the car, he was still thinking about what he had seen before. Not long after, from the rearview of his car, Charlie sees Hansel running towards his car.

Seeing that, Charlie got out of the car. He leaned back in his car waiting for Hansel to approach him. With a breath of air, Hansel ran over to Charlie. Hansel apologized to Charlie.

"I'm sorry, sir. I keep you waiting" Hansel said.

Charlie nodded, "It's okay. Where are you from? charlie asked, pretending to know nothing.

"Newly bought coffee" replied Hansel.

"Drinking coffee doesn't take me? you have the heart," teased Charlie smiling. Charlie tried to shift his mind so as not to be provoked by emotions.

"More of the time let's have coffee together, sir. I'll treat you. With the CEO as well" Hansel replied.

"Yes. You can" replied Charlie. Charlie looked around, "You live here? ah, I almost forgot my purpose here. Please get me the meeting materials file tomorrow. Miss CEO's gonna learn it tonight" Charlie said.

"Yes. I'll get it right away" replied Hansel who immediately left Charlie alone.

After the departure of Hansel. The one Charlie initially smiled at, now turned into a cold stiff face with a sharp eye gaze. Charlie becomes doubtful about Hansel's presence around Micheline. Doubtful, is Hansel a friend or an opponent?
