My Momster In-law (Body Swaps)

My Momster In-law (Body Swaps)
Change Back

Neither Dinda nor the Gods, both pray so that they can return to their respective bodies. They wish they could have a normal life again.

After praying for a while in the heart, asking each other for their wishes, the two opened their eyes, then dipped their hands into the fountain to wipe their faces. The two stared closer and closer, then the God who was thinking of giving Dinda a farewell kissed the girl's lips.

Strange, but it was real, the wind was rumbling, and suddenly the rain was falling that was getting more and more heavy, but they still hugged, not even wanting to find shelter.

Then the second oddity occurs, the universe seems to want to show its power. The rain stopped too.

"Din-da," whispered the Lord looking at his wife. He was the first one to open his eyes after sensing that the rain had stopped from the sky.

Hearing her name being called, Dinda opened her eyes slowly. The first strange face he saw was a God.

Suddenly the two untied their embrace, and just then they realized that the two had exchanged bodies again.

"You okay?" the Lord looked at Dinda. He misses her so much, even though they meet every day. It felt different, being able to look at him with his own sense of sight.

Dinda did not answer, only nods. Their change had already worked, but strangely he was a little afraid to speak.

"We're back in each other's bodies, Din. We did it" he said, laughing happily, then hugging Dinda with a million unexplained feelings.

"Yes, Mas. Finally," hissed Dinda who was still in shock. He dropped his knees on the ground, staring at the fountain before him. Is this really over? Turning into a God figure was very scary.

Now that they both realize, it is not easy to be someone else. All this time always blaming one another, after this incident, they realize the need to respect others.

"We're home?" the Lord helped Dinda get up.

"I'm sorry, Mom for all the wrong things that might have hurt your heart, maybe I said rudely, or didn't appreciate your tiredness all along" Dinda said before leaving the place.

The words of the Gods stopped Dinda's steps. The girl did not want to divorce the gods. Besides because he still loved her so much, God was also the father of her children.

However, thinking of returning the reference, Dinda remembered the figure of Mata, her father-in-law. The universe has given them a chance to return to their respective bodies, which means giving them a chance to improve themselves and possibly their households. So, what about Maya?

Dinda was sure, if her in-laws were still staying with them, then their household would still be like hell, no change, because Maya would always interfere.

"I don't want to be apart either, Mom. But to get back together as a husband and wife, create a healthy household, there are things we have to change!" dinda stared at the face of God. The man looked crumpled and cheeks until his chin was overgrown with fine feathers which honestly, Dinda did not like.

Splitting up these few days made the Gods look unkempt and look shabby.

"What should we change? Mean you?"

"We fix our homes, educate our children according to our upbringing without the intervention of others!"

"Intervention of others? Mommy you mean? My mother is no one else, Din! He's the same as an old man!" answer the God who has understood where Dinda talks.

"But my parents never interfered in our domestic affairs! Even if I complain of being upset with you, my mother always advises you to respect yourself, not to blame you like your mother did!" answer Dinda boldly. Enough to sacrifice his feelings.

"So, as long as you're still living with us, you don't want to come back to me?" ask the gods to press.

"Sorry, Mother. My decision is unanimous, in the household we build, it's just me, you and our children. If you can't accept that, then I can't."
